We had a wonder vacation

Great house in fantastic location

The inside of the house could use some updating (older furniture and finishes), but no big complaints.One thing to note is that we tried to charge our golf cart over-night on the outdoor outlets, but all of them seemed to be duds. We had to run the extension cord indoors.Great value for the location. Very short walk to shopping, food and drinks.

Beautiful home, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the location of this home. Everyone in our group had the best time. We were steps from restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the decor is amazing. Loved the art. Kudos to the owners! Property management was all over the place about parking at the house, everyone had a different answer but it was no big deal, I parked where I wanted and had zero issues with security. We opted to rent chairs from cabana man because it was easy, and I highly recommend doing it. Had another great meal at cafe30a. My kids loved the food trucks. We visit the area often and staying at this house, the overall welcoming nature of the seaside community and homeowners collection staff has me sold on Seaside as opposed to other neighboring 30a towns. My child did loose his lovey at the house, we think it was in the sheets in the master bed, but it’s a big house so if anyone ever finds it please let the property manager know! It’s is currently still MIA.

The home is laid out nicely with multiple floors. The long driveway is a nice bonus too! Homeowners Collection is always most responsive and helpful with any issues. We just completed our second vacation in this home and we’ll definitely be back for more!

Beautiful and Comfortable Seaside Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully finished and very comfortable home. Convenient and walkable to everything in Seaside including the beach. Highly recommend!
