This mid-century modern stunner is perfect for your stay in Chattanooga! This home sleeps 8 in its three bedrooms with room for 4 more on the sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a spacious backyard with a grill and a picnic table to enjoy the cool mountain air! This home is conveniently located 5 mins from the Chattanooga Zoo, 5 min drive to Overlook park, 10 mins to downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Chattanooga Lookout Stadium and endless shopping!

The Space:
You'll enter the home through the front door with a code that will be provided to you at check-in. The open concept main living space will greet you upon entry. The living room with two sleeper sofas is on your right and the fully equipped kitchen is on your left. Just past the kitchen is the dining room with an accent wall and mid-century modern vibes!

Down the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there are two fulls in the third bedroom. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway.

The laundry room is in the back of the house. There is a half bath next to the washer and dryer and access to the backyard is in the same room. There is a grill and picnic table in the spacious backyard available for your use!

There are so many activities our city has to offer, you'll never run out of things to do and see, all with the comforts of home right at your fingertips.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This is a transitioning neighborhood. We have had some guests who say they do not like the neighborhood. We think it is great, and we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never had any security issues or concerns., but we recognize that every guest has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if our neighborhood makes you uncomfortable. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy.

Getting Around:
Guests will need to pull their cars completely out of the side alleyway into the designated gravel spots behind the house. The alleyway is in use even though it is gravel. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
To provide guests with additional sense of security, we have also installed a ring security system, along with a digital door lock. This allows for remote entry and a sense of privacy and security.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
