Set amongst the gum trees, Alpine Views offers amazing mountain views, tranquil surroundings and the perfect home away from home.
Alpine Views has a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with wood heating and a split system heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year round. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self catering, with outdoor cooking a definite must do if the weather allows. There is a pizza oven (gas) and barbecue on the back verandah, watch the sunset whilst enjoying homemade pizza and glass of bubbly or two.
Ideal for families, couples and small groups there are three bedrooms in the main house and fourth bedroom in the bungalow just outside. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a full ensuite. Second bedroom a cosy double bed and single bed and trundle bed in the third bedroom. The modern bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
The fourth bedroom located just off the front porch area has a double bed, electric heating and a ceiling fan (no bathroom). Offers a quiet space away from the main house.
Alpine Views is a short drive or a nice walk along the Rail Trail to Warburton township where you will be able to sample the local cafes and restaurants, do a little retail therapy at the gift stores and stroll along the Yarra River feeding the ducks or even take your kayaks out for a paddle. The Warburton Rail Trail is a popular bike riding trail. Warburton Water Park, Redwoods Forest, La La Falls and Mt Donna Buang are a must see not too far of a drive from the home.
Looking to explore further a field, Healesville Sanctuary is around 30 minutes alway along with many wineries and gardens in the Yarra Valley region.
