Renton Oasis - Relaxing 3BR Home with Great Outdoor

Summary:

This home away from home has two cozy bedrooms with a king bed and a queen bed -- perfect for a family or group of four! Moreover, it has a spacious living room, a lovely dining room that could accommodate up to six people, a vibrant kitchen, and a den that has sliders to the 600 sqft of hardscaping and raised bed gardens!



The Space:

The living room and den each have sofa tables that have built-in USB ports or charging stations. Charging stations are also built into the base of the bedroom lamps so you could stay connected with the ones you love even away from home... Additionally, we have an office that is set up with a desk, a monitor, and a printer. They are hooked up to our complimentary Wi-Fi for guests.

* Not just one but two TVs

* In-unit washer and dryer

* Outdoor space with patio furniture

* Two (driveway) parking spots and street parking available

* Grill in the back of the house



The public transit stop is right at the end of our block. Conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away to Shadow Lake as well as Cougar Mountain and, most of all, central to anything and everything that you would need -- you will surely have a fantastic time during your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home. Please be respectful and treat it as your own.



Other Things to Note:

* Indoor fireplace for decorative purposes only.



*Outdoor fireplace should only be used with Duraflame-style logs, burned one at a time. Fires must be attended by an adult at all times



*Please do not climb on the outdoor fireplace, or walk in the raised-bed garden



* Cushions for the outdoor furniture by the fireplace are usually stored in the garage and in deck boxes in the backyard. Please return them after use.



* A full-sized futon is available in the office for reservations exceeding 4 guests.



* We have security cameras covering every entrance and the grounds for your safety



*This is an absolutely no-smoking property. There is a penalty if we found any evidence of smoke like cigarette butts, lingering smells, ashes, etc.



Please Note: A processing fee applies to all reservations. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the timing or reason for the cancellation. We encourage guests to review all reservation details carefully before booking.
