This fabulous house is located on the Golf Course in the beautiful town of Tocumwal.
This 3 bedroom plus rumpus room (4th bedroom )home enjoys magnificent views of the prestigious 36 hole golf course which is right out of the front door. The 3 bedrooms all have views of either the golf course or the large pool in the backyard. The house is perfect for families and groups wanting to get away and explore the magnificent Murray region and all that it has to offer.

Pets are allowed and there is an additional fee for pets due to cleaning regulations. You must clean up after your pets and supply the animals bedding. Pets are strictly not allowed to sleep on the beds

For the golfers you can step outside the door and be on the 11th hole on the Presidents course and its only a short walk across the fairways to the club house. Both the President and the Captains course are 18 holes but if you a staying for a while Barooga Golf course is only a short drive and has another 36 excellent holes.
The golf course also offers meals and has a complimentary courtesy bus for dinners 7 nights a week.
For the River lovers we have plenty of parking for your boats and they can also be secured behind the gates in the backyard .
For the Explores Tocumwal has so much to offer. There are 25 sandy beaches along the Murray river, a fabulous Aviation museum andHeritage museum which explains the steep history of the town during the War.
There is a splash park which is great for the younger kids along the foreshore in town where the markets are held regularly and both are very popular. There are some fabulous shops in town to explore as well as the many eating places.

At night many of the clubs and pubs offer a free shuttle bus so you dont have to take the car otherwise its a 10 min walk into town via the WAAAF Walk which commerates the hundreds of women who served in town during WWII at the airbase.

If you want to explore further just out of town there is the giant Strawberry which has in my opinion the best strawberry jam in Australia but offers a huge variety of strawberry products and Cactus country which is the largest Cactus garden in Australia and a little piece of Mexico on the Murray. Cobram Barooga, Yarrawonga Mulwala, Deniliquin, Shepparton Berrigan are just a few towns you will find within an hours drive however you will need an extra 15 minutes for Rutherglen and Echuca but well worth a day trip.
The North East Silo art trail is also another great option to explore.

The sleeping set up consists on 2 rooms with Queen size beds and 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds. We also have a rumpus room which sleeps 5. It has 2 king single beds 2 trundles as well as a sofa bed.
