POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Our pool heater fee is $30 + tax per day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your check in.
The pool heater needs to stay on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days in a row.
Please note: the spa only warms up if the pool heater is on (if applicable).
The hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and the temperature is set between 82° to 88° F (times and temperature may vary according to the time of the year).
The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating from September to May.
Please inform us if you would like to add the service during your stay. For Airbnb guests, we will need to send a payment request once your booking is confirmed.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + Tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchanging propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes towels and bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house. We also offer Mid Stay Cleaning that doesn't include towels and bed linens wash and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
LAUNDRY:
We are offering our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels are available for all guests. We do not provide washcloths.

GARBAGE:
- All trash must be placed in 13 gallon bags, and inside of either your trash bin or bench.
- No trash will be collected that is in to-go bags, oversized trash bags, or loose. Please advise all guests of disposal procedures.
- No guests should be using the dumpsters or trash compactors on site. Large trash removal is the responsibility of the guest, and will need to be taken care of off site.
- No trash should be placed on the side of the curb. Trash should only be placed in the receptacle. When guests leave trash on the side of the road, it is often after the trash has been picked up in that area for the day. This leads to many issues including unsightly trash in the community and rodent concerns.
- Trash cans filled with loose trash are not allowed.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 3 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You will enter the house using an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
Please keep all the back doors locked when you are not using the pool area.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras outside by the front door and outside by back screen door for the pool machines.
Now that you are ready to book our home, kindly inform us after booking if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
After the reservation is made, you will you receive an email requesting an electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it (please note: Airbnb guests don't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
PARKING:
Maximum of 4 Vehicles allowed per stay
No trailers, RVs, golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid Stay Cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after the guests check out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.
