PALM BEACH VILLA - This two-story villa is located in the residential area of Palm Beach, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private terrace with a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a BBQ grill. Walking distance to the tourist scenery of Palm Beach! Sleeps 10.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Palm Beach Fortress villa is a private residence and offers lots of privacy because of the 12-feet high hedges surrounding the property. The private and gated outdoor terrace has a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, a BBQ grill plus shaded, and unshaded lounge areas. There is a large garage and several outdoor dining tables around the house to enjoy your meals including two hammocks to relax in the breeze.
The two-story villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher machine, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, washer, and dryer. The semi-open plan living room has a large sofa with a TV, a separate seating area, and a formal dining area.
The primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, an attached bathroom (with shower), and a large breezy terrace (with stairs to the pool area).
The second and third bedrooms are located downstairs with adjacent a large bathroom with a shower and spacious Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom 2 twin-size beds.
The fourth bedroom is located in the guesthouse by the pool (in the front). It offers a microwave, a coffee maker, a small fridge, also a TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower.
The fifth bedroom is also located in the guesthouse by the pool (on the backside). It offers 2 double-size beds, an attached bathroom with a shower, a small fridge, and also a TV.
Each room and all the bedrooms have its own Air Conditioning and the house offers hot and cold throughout. Free wifi, free parking, beach towels, beach chairs, and basic Cable TV are all included for your comfort.
