The Space:
Your stay puts you inside the beautiful residential community of Aldea Zamá located perfectly between the beach and town and near the Tulum Mayan ruins site too.This 1,292 sq ft|120 sqm condo will provide a great place to stay & a vacation to remember!

This luxe space features:
- Nature-inspired open living where indoor and outdoor flows effortlessly through the open sliding doors in the living room. High-quality finishings like Chukum, a natural resin from the native Chukum tree, that’s applied to interior walls and pools throughout the residence giving a high-end finish to the interiors and water-soluble, thus reducing humidity in the air and increasing insulation.

- A lovely dining table with comfortable seating for 6 for a formal sit-down dinner at home with chats and laughs and of course jungle views out the extraordinary wall-to-wall window! Plus a cozy sofa in the living area - the perfect place to digest after a meal.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need like brand new countertops and stainless steel appliances for preparing meals at home or whipping up cocktails.

- An outdoor private pool just outside your living room door, on the patio with a stone around it for privacy. You’ll find comfy sun loungers and papasan chairs to relax out here any time.

- Open the sliding doors and extend the living space so indoors spills into the outdoors where you can enjoy an evening dip and after-dinner chat, or just breathe in the magic of Tulum’s natural elements around you!

- The ground-floor apartment has 2 beautifully plush bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath situated in this stunning and luxurious space to accommodate 4 guests in comfort.

- There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment

- We provide some bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay.

- We also provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like toilet paper in the bathrooms, soap, and shampoo but just note these items are not refilled during your stay. If you need more you’ll need to purchase it.

This condo is in an eco-friendly development with concierge and 24-hour security. Plus, when you venture out, you’ll find there are so many things to see and do around Tulum-- everything from beach & water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, freshwater cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and so much more!

Getting Around:
The condo is in the heart of Tulum, about 120 km | 75 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

There's no daily housekeeping buy If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost of $40 USD. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange it. The cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of speaker/music devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. We are available 7 days a week from 8 am until midnight however should you need anything, just write us a message and we’ll get back to you promptly.

Loved it!
We absolutely loved our stay here! As honeymooners, it was perfect for the two of us. The condo was clean and everything worked properly. The pool was also clean and sooo cold! The concierge service always adds that extra level of comfort and feeling of safely. We had one minor issue with our check in code not delivering correctly, but Becky helped us almost immediately arriving at the condo herself. 5 stars! Recommend.

Beautiful home with relaxing private pool
This place is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful home my group really enjoyed our stay here. A bit far from the beaches and town center but overall relaxing location with food options a close walk away.

An Oasis in a popular destination of the future.
The place was right out of the webpage I viewed. Well furnished; a private pool to fend off the heat of the day; the base from with to go exploring Tulum and beyond! The layout was very nice with more than enough space for a party of four. The bedrooms and bath were nice too. Loved the shower heads protruding from the ceilings (master and the second bedroom upstairs). Surrounded by stone and tile, you can visualize what artisans did thousands of years ago when the Tulum Ruins were just completed. Construction 🚧🏗️ was ongoing on the property but only a little noise to intrude during our stay. We stopped to see teams working on many other buildings in the complex. A short distance outside the entrance, new buildings in several phases of construction were found. The streets around these were very wide and dotted with restaurants and shops. When these properties are completed, this will be the place to come on vacation. Only one small issue: we couldn't operate the espresso/latte machine. I believed this was operator error so we purchased a French Press at a local supermarket and the ground gourmet coffee that came with it. Perfect with the pastries we obtained in town. Getting to the local (touristy) sites was easy. Tulum Ruins only a few Kilometers (klicks) away. Same as Tulum Beach. Having a rental car helped immensely and we managed to park in one of the few spots under cover near the front door , steps away. There was also ample parking on the main path less than 20 yards away. Everyone was so cheerful and waved as we entered or left the property. The staff began to recognize us the first morning. Gracias for making this a memorable trip to Mexico!

Jungle chic escape
This spot on the first floor is ideal bc it has two outdoor areas below street level that make it like a private jungle garden. Serene. Place is architecturally cool too—all the modern amenities you’d want for short or long term stay, in between the beach and the town for biking/scooter access to both. Property mgt team was also amazing-super responsive and helpful.

Rocky start, okay finish
We didn’t end up staying in our original booking because there was a leak. The property manager assisted us in changing our reservation to a new one. The new location was much better than the first and the property manager was very accommodating. I do hope they’ll fix the piping issues in both properties and that they’ll add a full length mirror to all of their properties. The shower in the master bedroom of the new location only ran hot water. The locations conveniently located near all of the beach clubs and supermarkets. Overall an okay experience but I can’t give a proper review for this specific location due to the water leak
