The dining room features a large glass opening protected by blackout curtains. In the living room area, there is a spiral staircase leading to the second floor. <br><br>On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a standard-size double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedroom with the double bed has a small balcony. This floor also features a full bathroom, a small mezzanine, and a gourmet kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen features a table with four chairs, a minibar, a two-burner gas stove, a sink, a grill, a counter with drawers for storing kitchen utensils, a three-seater sofa, a side table, and two armchairs. Integrated into the gourmet kitchen is an utility area with a sink, wall cabinets, and a counter with drawers that can also serve as additional storage for the gourmet kitchen. Adjacent to the utility area is a designated space with a ceiling-mounted clothesline, an iron, and an ironing board. Opposite the mezzanine is a staircase leading to the third floor.<br><br>On the third floor, there is: one standard-size double bed, two single beds, a clothes rack, and a half-bath. <br><br>The open-concept living area on the first floor, as well as all the bedrooms, are equipped with split-type air conditioning; the bedrooms on the second floor also have ceiling fans and a clothes rack.<br><br>The property has a dedicated garage for one vehicle.
