It has all the features to live comfortably without compromising your lifestyle.
This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy your time while you are on business visit to Brisbane or on holiday.
Short walk to Wynnum Manly esplanade and park lands, public transport and shops/ restaurants. Easy access to Brisbane CBD via train.
This tiny apartment located nearly 100m above the sea level with eye catching views from Brisbane port through to bayside islands. You could enjoy your privacy, the birds can only see you.
Cleverly designed with modern tiny house concepts to live in a minimum required space more comfortably while taking the advantage of outdoor living.
This unit has been constructed on another tiny house with separate entrance. Thanks to the sound insulation and concealed steel sheet flooring unlike the other dual living
houses you are not sharing the air or the sound. Very safe from COVID or other respiratory diseases.
You have all your privacy in this studio apartment and attached outdoor area. In addition to that you could enjoy common facilities in our compound. This includes access to swimming pool, pergola and fire pit. And also the landscaped garden space reserved for House no. 85. This apartment can only be access via spiral staircase.

Having involved with our core family business “Suriya Tourist Inn” motel at Bentota Beach in 1980’s, had the first exposure to tourism industry.
