Cozy, modern, and beautiful, the updated decor in this basement studio apartment, sets it apart. This studio is nestled in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Here you will find yourself only 20 mins from PDX and less than 30 mins to DT Portland. This kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge w/bottom freezer, countertop appliances, and a dining space for two. This apartment is fully equipped with all the extra amenities to include a full size washer and dryer set.

A quaint neighborhood right in Downtown Vancouver. The street is a bike corridor making travel around the city a breeze. Off the beaten path just enough to enjoy some peace and quite but walking distance from a number of cool spots (we love Latte Da and Simply Sweets Bakery) and the always useful grocery store.

About a mile from Uptown village where you can find Sasquatch Pizza, numerous bars, restaurants, several antique stores, breweries, food trucks, coffee shops and various shopping!

2 miles to brand new Waterfront with a hand full of wineries or to the heart of downtown and Esther Short, home of an awesome, sprawling farmers market on both Saturdays and Sundays, various events and concerts in the park.

Another one of our most frequented spots is Craft Warehouse. Endless cute crafting, quilting and home décor finds and the largest independent craft store in the NW.


Electronic lock for your convenience, self check-in 24 hours! We have secure street access along the side of the house. Parking will be available in the front of the property. There is a private, gated entrance with a keypad entry. Additionally, there is a seperate, secure, private entry door to the apartment.

Note that this is a basement apartment with stairs and some sound from up above.

The camera by the gate is simply there as a standard exterior safety feature. It monitors the entry of the gate to help ensure the security of both the upstairs and downstairs occupants.

The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
