The most exciting area of this condo is the private outdoor terrace, with easy access to the resort's 2 swimming pool areas! Two of the resort's large swimming pools are actually less than 40 yards from this condo's terrace steps. Eagle Beach is just a few steps away from the resort beach gates. The tiled outdoor terrace has a private Jacuzzi, a BBQ grill with bar area plus outdoor seating and dining sets to enjoy the Aruba weather. A perfect setting for a well-deserved island vacation for your family or your group of friends.

The open-plan living room of this ground-floor corner unit offers surrounding views of the garden and the private outdoor terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seat bar counter, a 4-to-6 seat dining table, a desk, two twin-size sofa beds, and a large Smart TV. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a half-bath restroom, down the long hallway that lends access to all the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a large primary en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, double-sink vanity, a toilet plus bidet, and a glass-enclosed shower.
