The coastline is striking where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea.
This two-storey property comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, and a kids games room.
The home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, offers free wifi, and is pet friendly.
Enjoy the tranquil surroundings with the gentle sound of the surf, native birds, and hill views.
Upstairs you will find the main living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing an abundance of light to flood the home. The kitchen comprises a breakfast bar, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The open-plan living area includes a large dining table, modern furnishings, a flat-screen tv, and direct access to the balcony.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on each level.
A fully fenced private rear yard will give you peace of mind whilst watching the kids play, and the dogs roam securely all while you enjoy a drink and nibbles.
The garage has been converted into a great kids rumpus room complete with flat-screen tv and table tennis table.
