This gulf-front home has a prime location in Seagrove Beach, just a short stroll to Seaside and several dining/shopping destinations. With 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this vacation home is the perfect choice for comfort and great style. The large open living area has a screened porch that extends that space south and features comfortable furniture for relaxing and entertaining. The yard has a sundeck at the dune's edge and a private shower with a window for enjoying the ultimate beach views. Monte Verde's clean, crisp decor and expansive windows offer guests panoramic vistas and spectacular sunsets.

The moment you walk in the home, your eyes will be drawn to expansive views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The ground level includes the entertaining and living areas that overlook the Gulf. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, large fridge and gas cooking range. The breakfast bar includes seating for 4. The dining room includes seating for 12 and the living area has 2 comfortable sofas and a swivel side chair. Enjoy all of your Smart TV apps on the Frame TV in the living room. Please note, the fireplace is not in use. A wet bar off the living room includes a wine fridge, sink, glassware and an icemaker.A screened porch off the living area includes a comfortable couch, coffee table and swing chair to enjoy the gulf breezes and sounds. A powder room is conveniently located on the ground level off the hall. Also on this level is the the master King suite. This bedroom has a large walk through closet and dressing room that goes to 2 separate European-style full bathrooms with showers.

The 2nd floor of the home includes 2 bedrooms/2 baths. The Queen bedroom includes 2 queen beds, a desk, dresser, small closet and TV (for dvd use only). There is a private balcony off this bedroom that includes beautiful gulf-views and outdoor stair access down to the ground level. This bedroom includes a private full bath with a shower and single vanity. The twin bedroom just down the hall includes 4 twin beds, cubbies for clothing storage and gulf views from the southern window. This bedroom includes a private bath with tub/shower combo and single vanity.

The gulf-front yard includes 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas and an outdoor shower and a charcoal bbq grill. Please note, while you are sitting directly on the dunes of the beach, you do not have private stairs to the sand. Instead, the boardwalk you use to access the beach is just one home over---a convenient walk that takes about 1 minute accessed via the scenic road. You'll love all of the charm, style and space of Monte Verde!
