OUTDOOR:
Pool (available Memorial Day to Labor Day only)
The pool house has 2 outdoor showers and a fireplace inside the house.
Propane grill
Hot Tub (available year-round)
Main House-
Bedroom 1: Primary: King size bed, Ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed w/ access to shared bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed w/ access to shared bathroom
Additional Accomodations-
Bunkhouse: 2 twin bunk bed capacity limit of 2 (separate entrance) w/ ensuite bathroom
This listing is for the main house only accommodating a total of 8 guests. There is privacy so that you will not see or need to interact with anyone renting the other house on the property. Please note that during winter months, access to this property can be challenging. We highly recommend that you have a 4WD vehicle with snow tires for safe travel. If you do not have the proper equipment, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking during this season.
Commercial vehicles are not allowed on the property besides for approved contractors, a maximum of 4 guest vehicles are permitted.
Noise ordinance after 10pm, strictly monitored. All outdoor spaces must be vacated at 10pm and indoor noise kept to a minimum.
Garden/Wildflower Meadows: There are two native grass and wildflower meadows, one on the north side of the guest house and another on the south side of the main house. We are working to re-establish these areas by hand weeding and reseeding until the meadow is restored. Note - these areas will not be mowed.
There is a bunkhouse room that is a part of this structure, but is located through an exterior door that requires exiting the main home and entering through a seperate exterior door.
Please note guests may experience difficulties with cell service while staying at A Retreat. We recommend connecting to the internet during your stay to mitigate communication issues with our team and anyone you wish to contact. Thank you for your understanding!
