Blue Haven | Margaret River tranquil bush retreat
Blue Haven is a comfortable family friendly holiday home in a peaceful bush setting, ideally located close to Redgate beach and all that Margaret River has to offer, yet tucked away just far enough to relax and unwind away from it all!
With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this is the perfect home for families or 3 couples. There's a lovely outdoor patio with deck over looking the lawn, where kangaroos like to come at sunset. With reverse cycle aircon in the living area and a wood fire, Blue Haven is the perfect spot to relax all year round!
The Space
The master bedroom is in its own wing of the house and is more like a ‘parents retreat’ with its own couch, TV and sliding doors opening onto a deck. This master suite features a king size bed, ceiling fan, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. This master suite is wheelchair friendly.
The second and third bedrooms are on either end of the main wing, each with their own bathroom in the hallway just outside the bedroom door. The second bedroom has a queen bed with robe and sliding door which opens onto a deck, the 2nd bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and vanity. The laundrette is in the hallway outside bathroom 2. The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds with robe and sliding door which opens onto a deck, the 3rd bathroom has a shower over a bath, toilet and vanity.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is located between bedrooms 2 and 3 in the main wing of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan living area features a dining table with seats for 8, a wood fireplace, TV and air-conditioner for the warmer summer days! There is a large deck that stretches the length of the main wing, the living area opens out to the patio with BBQ and outdoor dining table with views of the bush. This wide verandah creates a great space to chill out overlooking the rural setting with a glass of local wine in hand.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
Parking: There is plenty of parking - please don’t park on the grass.
No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.
Internet / Phone reception: There is wifi internet at the house. The mobile phone reception can be limited ( 1 bar of 3G reception inside.
Cottage: There is a cottage on the same property, which is tenanted. The cottage is away from the house, on a different fork in the driveway but we ask our guests to be mindful of the tenants and respect them throughout their stay.

Hi - we are Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region.
We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South".
We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids!
We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests.
