The Space:
Situated comfortably in a community of cottages next to Town Cove is Sun Cove–a recently renovated home just waiting for your next Eastham escape! This cottage features peek-a-boo water views from the large stone patio. A short stroll around the community of cottages reveals a fantastic view of the Cove with dock access.

Walking into the house you step through the sun room with a comfortable couch into the living room and kitchen area. Off the living room are the bathroom and two bedrooms–one with a Queen bed and one with two Twin beds. The high ceiling gives the space a wonderful open feeling. Whether you are cooking a meal in the kitchen or watching a movie on the couch after a long day in the sun you will feel right at home while at Sun Cove.

Outside the home is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Cape Cod weather. Whether you are enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the custom patio, strolling to the dock to get a great view of the town cove, or rinsing off a day of sun and sand in the spacious outdoor shower behind the house, there is as much to enjoy outside of this home as inside!

Eastham is home to a variety of beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches like First Encounter and Campground Beach, as well as the ocean beaches of the Cape Cod National Seashore, like the famous Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach. Eastham is also home to a variety of fantastic bars and restaurants. Whether you are in the mood for Thai Food (Royal Thai Cuisine), a more traditional and comfortable American pub (Local Break) or high end Mexican cuisine (Casa Del Cabo) you can find it all nearby in Eastham.

Fun stay in Eastham

Beautiful property very close to National Seashore Beaches. Everything was as described. Make sure to use the directions sent to you as it can be tricky to find without them.

Great Location!

Very clean and we love the location. Close to The National Seashore Beaches and having a view and access to Town Cove is fantastic. House is small but lay out maximizes space. Not much space to put clothes/suitcases but we knew that going. Will definetly rent again!!

Great property

Classic Cape two-bedroom rental cottage with a recent floor-to-ceiling renovation, making it light, airy, and modern. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, and AC are a big bonus. On a small court of similar homes, close to Eastham beaches but not far from Orleans for real shopping (pharmacy, grocery, etc.). The only downside is that the location off 6 means you have to drive to go anywhere.

So Cute, So Convenient

This cottage is so convenient to so many things! Anything and everything is within 45 minutes. Skaket beach, which is a family favorite is eight minutes away, Provincetown 37 minutes, and the ferry to Nantucket 40 minutes. Everything was clean and fresh. Cooking tools were actually good enough to really use. There is also a gas grill, laundry machine, and an outdoor shower. What more do you need?

Cove cuteness

I have been coming to the cape since I was a baby and the house based on it cleanliness and modern features was great . Great open floor concept! The location to Orleans and Eastham was a bonus and being on the cove to paddle board and kayak every morning . The only negative was we had an issue with the fridge and it was not fixed until Wednesday which we lost food and had to eat out more than we would have liked . We will definitely be back next year !

Nice experience in this newly and tastefully renovated cute and very clean cottage Outdoor shower is great! Del Mar hosts always in contact and ready to help Needs a little more storage room and a few small pieces of equipment in the kitchen

Better than the pictures!

We had such a wonderful week at this incredibly clean and thoughtfully updated cottage in Eastham. The space was perfect for myself, my husband and our young son and close to everything we had planned to see and do during our stay. It was so nice to come back to a nice cool house after a hot beach day or outdoor adventures, and we especially loved the new outdoor shower! We had everything we needed and more, and the property manager was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Looking forward to renting again and making more family memories next summer ☀️

Enjoyable stay

This property is super cute. Make sure to follow the directions sent to you by the company. One thing to note is there are no closets or a place to hang things. The cove views are beautiful and it is in a quiet little community. There is good access to everything on the Cape.
