Set in a quiet street with a large, private back yard and rear entertaining deck this property offers families and couples an ideal place to relax and unwind. The property now also has a wood fire heater to keep you warm in the cooler months.

The property
The property has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps four adults and four children. The generous master bedroom is complete with walk in robe and en-suite. The second bedroom is perfect for children with two bunk beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed allowing extra space for up to two additional adults.

All linen and towels are provided and a port-a-cot and highchair are available for those with younger children at no additional cost.

The house has a well equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and basic supplies such as tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper are provided. The kitchen has a modern electric cook top and oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. A Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, stove top percolator and tea pot ensure all your caffeine needs are met.

The main bathroom is complete with bath and shower and there is a separate toilet. Body wash, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

The large laundry has a washing machine, dryer and trough and washing powder is provided. A clothes airer, iron and ironing board are also available.

The house is tastefully furnished with a modern coastal theme and there is a 50” smart television with a Netflix account provided. Wi-Fi is available and a split system air conditioner will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Front and rear decks enable you to chase the sun or shade and there is an outdoor dining setting on the rear deck. Comfortable Adirondack chairs, sun lounges and a hammock provide plenty of outdoor spaces to relax. An outside shower provides you a place to rinse off after the beach. A large Weber Family Q BBQ is also provided.

A modern wood fire heater will keep you warm in winter.

There are plenty of activities at the house for children including board games, playing cards, puzzles, outdoor ball sports and a basketball hoop.

A beach trolley is available for your use to enable you to walk your things to the beach with ease and can easily accommodate boogie boards, towels and buckets and spade. A small number of beach toys are also available for use.
