Good stay

The house was clean and the location is perfect ! There are minor things that could have been better for example the shower curtains were cheap and flimsy would fall everyday. The house is advertised for 6 people but there were only 3 plates. Host was nice and prompt to provide a blender on request. We were allowed an early check in due to an early long flight from west coast . Overall not a bad stay but could have been better.

This place is listed as having AC but they don’t actually work or keep the place cool. Otherwise, very nice!

Kauai home away from home

Great location on the beautiful north coast of Kauai. We visited sevaral beaches that were close by. My niece took surfing lessons and had a photo shoot at Hanalei Beach. Snorkeling at Tunnels beach. Also drove to the south shore and up the west coast. Took a catamaran tour of the Na Pali coast. Also went to a fantastic fire show. It was an amazing vacation!

Overall Good

Overall this stay worked out okay for us! Starting with the positives: the kitchen was nicely renovated, the showers are redone, the property contact was very communicative/helpful when needed, and the location is prime — we love Princeville.As others have said in their reviews, there are some aspects of the property that could improve: airflow was a challenge (especially ground floor bedroom), dishwasher bottom rack didn’t work well, parking was confusing (but fine in the end), bathroom ceilings could stand to be painted, and living room furniture could be replaced (stains/etc). We mostly used the property as a place to shower and lay our heads at night, as planned for a quick trip!

Beautiful House

We had a great time at this house with another couple. It gave us enough privacy and also shared space to enjoy ourselves. Just be careful when you first go in as you can really see that there is a step down on the landing. The kitchen is great and spacious. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you.

Has Potential

The home has some nice updates and has potential to be a 5 star property. In its current condition the cost felt to be way too high. There were some cleanliness issues that could be addressed. The listing advertises that there is dedicated parking plus additional visitor parking. There was No dedicated parking space. The visitor spaces were very limited. Some items that could really use attention are better sealing off the A/C unit in the windows. They are not sealed off well which resulted in bugs throughout our stay. There was unpainted spackle, wood peeling off the doors, the dishwasher bottom rack didn’t seem to fit the dishwasher, the microwave display didn’t work, there was a small coffee pot but all the parts didn’t seem to go together. No filters provided, however there was a mesh filter, but it didn’t fit and the lid needed to be held down so the pot would brew. There is a wine fridge but no corkscrew. Each bedroom only had one bedside table. The upstairs bedroom has glass French doors but no curtains or covering, so they are fairly pointless. There are 3 outdoor patio spaces but only one space had outdoor chairs, however there were only 2. When the listing states it can sleep 6, more chairs would be nice. The area where the chairs were, was very unwelcoming- overgrown, dirty.

Wonderful

We loved this condo. It was spotlessly clean, larger than expected, had everything we needed, and was so quiet! It was close to all the activities we wanted to do and was very comfortable. The pool was close and felt so nice. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Just felt okay about this place. Check-in instructions were unclear and trying to figure out parking registration was challenging. The property contact was rather not personable when contacted. The place was clean but the kitchen was not well organized and like others have mentioned, it was extremely hot in the downstairs bedroom with no airflow. And it wasn't possible to close half of the window shutters to keep cooler air in. Overall, you get what you pay for but don't expect a host that goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Personally I am not a big fan of Evolve property management.

Nice Townhouse

This townhouse was very clean and has a nice floorplan with one BR/bath upstairs and one downstairs. Great open space for kitchen, LR, DR. Very clean. Only downside for us was that it was hot while we were there and the 2 room AC units are pretty loud and hard to sleep with. There's no AC in the downstairs bedroom (only the living room area).

Unforgettable place

we stayed in this property for 14 days. everything was perfectly prepared, functional. The house was also equipped with surf boards for children and 2 beach seats. we enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks in hawaii. The house is located in a quiet place, but still a short walk from the beach and shopping center. we love this unforgettable place.
