Best spot on the lagoon for swimming. 5 blocks from the lagoon. 9 blocks from downtown. 2 blocks from one of the city’s best markets.<br><br>House that sleeps 10 people:<br><br>• 3 bedrooms: 3 double beds + 1 bunk bed + 2 single mattresses + 3 fans<br>• 1 bathroom<br>• Living room: 32" TV with HDMI input. Wi-Fi available.<br>• Full kitchen<br>• Outdoor area and grill<br>• Enclosed patio with space for 3 cars.<br><br>We do not have: Air conditioning, beach chairs, coffee maker, or mixer.<br>❗ Reminder: Bring your own bedding and pillows.❗<br><br>🏡 DAILY RATE<br>• Preference given to stays of two days or more; monthly rentals have a special rate<br>• Up to 5 people: 225 reais/day<br>• Additional guests: 25 reais/person/day --- That’s right—the more people, the cheaper the daily rate per person...<br>• 10 people: 350 reais/day<br><br>Cleaning fee: 130 reais (optional)<br><br>💲 PAYMENT: 50% must be paid in advance via bank deposit or Pix. The remainder is due on the day you pick up the key, either in person or via Pix.<br><br>❌ Cancellations: If you cancel in time for the hosts to make a new reservation, 10% to 100% of your reservation amount will be refunded.
