Living areas upstairs and downstairs, main bathroom downstairs with bath tub, bathroom upstairs with shower, ensuite with the main bedroom upstairs, large fully equipped kitchen with lots of bench space and lovely dining area. Front verandah with comfy outdoor setting, and a large Bali hut downstairs where you can enjoy the gardens, BBQ and entertain with family and friends. Outdoor shower to wash off the golden sands of Boomerang Beach, just 5mins up the road (Northern end of Boomerang Beach or you can go through Coast Avenue directly to the beach).

The king bed downstairs can be split into 2 king singles if required (please let us know prior to your arrival).
