Only a 3-minute walk from Baylis Street and the CBD, this location is absolutely central, with everything only a short stroll. The base price is for four guests. No party or external guest get-together policy.

The home has 4 bedrooms with the highest quality beds, a selection of pillows and bed linen. Plantation shutters on all windows ensure privacy and block-out blinds in the master bedroom provide total darkness for luxury comfort and sleep-ins. LG OLED TVs, integrated sound systems - AppleTV, Netflix, Stan, Foxtel, Disney, and designer feather lounge and designer furniture make relaxation and movie viewing a 5-star experience.
The house is resort-style with high-quality furniture, appliances, original art, a Peleton Exercise bike and LG OLED TVs throughout.
Year-round 24/7 climate control and a heated and cooled pool are powered by 40 LG solar panels and two Tesla Powerwalls for a virtually grid-free footprint. A Tesla Wall Charger in the secure rear lane access garage supplies EV charging for Tesla and other EVs.
The outdoor area features a dining table for 6, a King Living patio lounge, a full kitchen with a stainless bench, hot and cold water, a dishwasher and a bar fridge.
Outdoor cooking is available with a gas hotplate, wok burner, charcoal grill and an American BBQ Smoker.
This home is not available to host family get-togethers or other external gatherings. It is strictly for the use of the booked guests.
A small dog that does not shed can stay at this property following discussion and approval. I am a dog owner myself and love being able to travel with her, but I need to be confident that a visitors dog is suitable in my home.

The property is in central Wagga Wagga and is an easy level walk to Baylis street. Parking is available in the rear garage and rear lane with other ample all day parking in Best Street.
Bike riding is easy and accessable with dedicated bike lans throughout the city and a wonderful 45 klm loop that takes you along the river bank, out to the Pomegalana bicycle facility, around Lake Albert and back into town.
Wagga Wagga has a fantastic bus service running often and covering all suburbs and the University.

Unfortunately, the home is not suitable for any gatherings, events, get-togethers, wedding preparations, bridesmaids preparations, parties, BBQs with external guests etc. The home is for the use of the booked guests only.
