The Hiltons is made up of two houses on one site accommodating 26 guests in total. The houses are located in the ever popular Lynmore, just a short ride or walk to the Whakarewarewa Redwoods Forest. This is the perfect accommodation for large groups of friends coming mountain biking, multiple families staying together or sports teams coming to Rotorua for an event or tournament. The Space:
Step inside the Front House, where you'll find six inviting bedrooms plus a practical walk-through twin room, all serviced by three bathrooms. Relax in the two living rooms, both equipped with heat pumps, and enjoy the ambiance of the main living room's wood burner. Both living rooms provide access to a deck at the back, complete with outdoor seating, a spa pool, and a dedicated dog run.

The Back House offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two living areas, providing a separate haven. There are also two single beds in the downstairs living room for additional sleeping space. Step outside from the living room to the back deck, which features a second spa pool, a BBQ, and a great entertaining space. This property features an internal access double garage.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to both the Front House and the Back House, offering a combined total of eleven bedrooms and six bathrooms. Enjoy the spacious living areas, complete with heat pumps and the cozy ambiance of a wood burner in the Front House. Both houses feature a deck, outdoor seating, and a spa pool for relaxation. The Back House also includes a BBQ and a great entertaining space. Additionally, guests have access to the internal access double garage, perfect for parking. Please note, the living room in the Back House provides two single beds for additional sleeping space.

Within a quick drive, you'll find a variety of dining options, from casual cafes to family-friendly restaurants. Shops for essentials and souvenirs are also easily accessible. Lynmore itself is a charming residential area, known for its peaceful atmosphere and proximity to Rotorua's key attractions, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and adventure. You can also find convenient access to local parks and walking trails.

The Hiltons offers effortless travel options. Guests can utilise the internal access double garage and free street parking. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is a short drive away. Public transportation is available; however, a car offers greater flexibility for exploring Rotorua and the surrounding areas. Taxis and ride-sharing services are easily accessible for your convenience.
