Our property is right on Qualicum Beachs waterfront strip, close to great resturants, pubs and beautiful walking trails.
Our walk on waterfront home is perfect for beachcombing, bird watching, swimming in the hot summer months or storm watching from our beautiful wrap around decks. With fully stocked kitchens on both floors and great size entertaining spaces both inside and out, incredible ocean views from every room in the house, The Qualicum Beach House is a perfect get away for your holiday.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our stay at the guest house was amazing and the beachfront location was perfect for a family celebration! The house was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. We loved how thought out everything was, it made our stay super easy and enjoyable. There was lots of seating inside and outside to enjoy the ocean views.

A lovely location

The position on the beach was absolutely lovely, specracular views over the water to the hills beyond, wildlife in the water (we saw and heard Sea Lions and Seals), birds and kayaking. Location was tremendous to access trails and whale watching tours, Victoria also not too far away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Beautiful waterfront property. Quiet and peaceful. There was no dishwasher so we had to wash everything by hand. The room I stayed in downstairs was a little dirty where the linens were not fresh. Location is great and the host provided everything we needed.

We had a wonderful fall stay in the waterfront home. We had a front window view of the sunrises and sunsets. The house is well stocked . There was a nice fireplace for the evening and morning ambiance and warm up. The BQ was perfect dinner cooking. We had beach chairs to enjoy down on the beach. We saw eagles, sea lions, and birds every day. We walked along the beach when the tide was out. Places to dine close by, and to grocery shop. We drove to Parksville and Cathedral grove.

Wonderful place to get together with family. Clean, spacious and well located to activities. Much nicer than pictures portray. Tara was a wonderful host who supplied kids’ life jackets when we requested.

Family vacation

The locations is fantastic - right on the beach! Great amenities - would have liked to have a dishwasher as we were a family of 10. Just a heads up that there is no connection between the top floor and the bottom floor of the house without going outside. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place to relax

The beach house was so beautiful and totally exceeded expectations. More than enough room for our group to be comfortable and we appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The host was very helpful and always replied quickly as well. We'll be back!

Christmas On The Beach

This lovely home has huge windows and a first class view of the beach and ocean. Birds, seals eagles all make for a very interesting view.The home is lovely, it’s very comfortable and the upstairs has a big enough space to host a large family dinner. Downstairs suites were very nice as well and were connected by outside stairs.We would definitely rebook this home for our next family get together at Qualicum Beach.

Amazing Family Time

We rented the whole house and it was perfect! Private spaces for everyone and large spaces to gather. Having a great lawn was wonderful for the 3 year old and direct access to the beach was perfect for so many activities. The facilities at the house (kitchen supplies, bbq, kayaks etc) were great and there is nothing I can think of that was missing. We hope to return next year!

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. The location was beautiful and the house was great; super clean, and fully stocked with everything you could need. Tara was very helpful and prompt answering all of my questions. The pictures don't do this place justice!

Wonderful!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Views from top floor suite are incredible. All suites are spotless and lovely with added touches that create a classy beachy ambience. Beds are all very comfortable. We were so impressed with everything and that each suite is provided with all that could be needed for a great stay. Would definitely return. Parking takes a little maneuvering but that was minor in compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that we had to leave! Thank you Tara!

Wonderful Beachfront Holiday Summer 2024

Our family has stayed at a lot of vacation homes over the years but the opinion was that this was one of the best. The location right on the beach was amazing, the spot was perfect with a nice sandy section right behind the house. Qualicum was a great holiday spot, quiet and not as commercial as other spots we have stayed but everything close, within easy travel distance to multiple close-by locations such as Parksville, Coombs, Little Qualicum Falls and Englishman River falls. There are also great restaurants to enjoy close-by and some right on the beach as well. We only had one tiny suggestion from my daughter who stayed upstairs and that was she wished the windows upstairs had screens. I was wanted to return the day after we left. Thanks for a wonderful place for a family holiday.

Six out of five star stay

Hard to describe how relaxing yet at the same time vibrant this location was. There is road noise during the day, but we didn't really notice it since you spend your time at the "beach-side" of the house. Road noise was not an issue for sleeping. We are a family of two couples, one single adult and one child of 5 years. The three suites were a perfect fit for us and we didn't even need to use the second bedroom on the top floor. The ocean in front of this property is dynamic (lots of change with the tides) and a treasure trove for those who want to collect shells. Easy access to the lovely town of Qualicum Beach which has a number of very good places to eat and a couple of fabulous bakeries! We are planning/hoping to stay again next summer.

Stunning views and beautiful accommodations!

We were a group of friends travelling to the Island for fishing and relaxation. This property is beautifully presented and perfect for our needs. The location on the beach is very nice and to be able to walk to great restaurants was a welcome bonus. The suites were very comfortable and the views were amazing. The listing is very modestly written and the property deserves some bragging on. Tara was very accommodating to our needs.
