Idyllic 3 bedroom holiday accommodation, short walk to beach.

Stay at this peaceful and relaxing 3 bedroom beach house, located within a short (5 minute) walk to the beach, 30 minute walk to the cafe's and restaurants (or 4 min drive). You will leave feeling rejuvenated, with your batteries charged, wanting to come back and stay again and again.

Situated opposite a nature reserve in a quiet street, you can unwind and let go, or explore all that the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer.

Featuring a bright fresh interior with a spacious open-plan living and dining area, making it perfect for families and couples alike. Step outside to undercover entertainment area and relax with a book or wine and enjoy the afternoon breeze.
The home includes three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - Master with ensuite and walk in robe. The master includes a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom has 1 single bed.
The home has a separate bathroom, toilet, and rumpus/study. The bathroom includes a bath and shower with a separate toilet.
Other stand-out features include a gourmet kitchen, smart tv and wifi.
All linen is provided including sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Neat and cosy, amenities where great. Nice out door area. Shame you cant have dogs since there is a doggy door in the laundry and fake grass. But a clean and open place would deffently go again.

We had a short stay to spend time as a family and were delighted with our accommodation. We had ample room to spread out and plenty of room to enjoy each other's company. The property is in a fantastic location and the hosts were easy to contact. Check-in was seamless. We will stay again in the future.

Spacious and quiet

A spacious 3 bedroom house with ample space for a family or group. There is a large kitchen lounge area, a second smaller lounger area, and an outdoor dining area. The location is very quiet and in walking distance of the beach.

A beautiful clean and comfortable stay in St Leonards, a short walk from the beach. There were plenty of books, toys and games when we had any downtime. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous home in a fantastic location!

We spent 2 nights at this lovely home in the beautiful St Leonard’s and the property was exactly what we needed.Clean, well appointed, super comfy beds and all the facilities one would need.Great communication from the owners and an easy check-in process.Would highly recommend!

Stay was fantastic. Great for the whole family. Had my sister dropped by with toddlers on morning and there was a big box of duplo to keep them happy. House was very clean and comfortable. Jane polite and easy to talk to.

A nice accomodation with complete amenities

We visited St Leonards for our weekend away and chose to stay here due to the distance to the beach and amenities. We were quite surprised how homely the accomodation is with complete amenities. There were so many books and DVDs to choose from. It has a nice little backyard with pergola and BBQ. It was perfect for our BBQ on a rainy night. We had a great time there. Thank you Jane & Ian.

Evened property

Unfortunately we only had the opportunity to sleep and have breakfast there however the property was clean, convenient and very spacious. Bedding configuration was ideal for our group, wish we could have enjoyed the property more. We are sailors, the boys were not happy that there was a sign outside with an aroow saying boats but there were no boats there 🤔 😉 😜

St Leonard's family stay

Good sized property for a family of 4 plus grandparents. Separate living room for kids was good. Had everything you needed. Beds were a little hard particularly in second bedroom which is small with a double bed. Easy check-in. We enjoyed our stay.

Great for sailing

We were visiting St Leonards for a sailing regatta. This house is walking distance to the club, which was great for us. The house itself is fantastic, with everything we needed, plus more. We will try to stay here again next time we are in St Leonards.
