This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom vacation condo's living room is spacious with a modern design. Here you can get together with your travel companions to enjoy a movie on the 70" Smart TV and large sectional sofa. The kitchen is ready and well equipped for your cooking needs with updated appliances and countertops. Have your meals at the separate dining area that seats 6 and extra seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy the warm Florida weather out on the private patio and relaxing views which can be accessed from the living area and king master suite. The patio area includes an outdoor table with seating for 6 and two lounge chairs so you can easily have a meal and beverages while conversing about the day.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
