Polly’s is a perfect choice for families or couples looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. Located in the tranquil village of Callala Bay in the Shoalhaven area, on the northern shores of Jervis Bay.

Callala Bay is a fantastic holiday location. A pleasant 2 ½ hour drive from Sydney this area has it all - safe swimming, great walks, idyllic scenery and plenty of opportunities for fishing, boating and bike riding.

Polly’s has a large, central open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen in the middle of the house. Enjoy a great family meal around the large dining table. There are two lounges, a large wall-mounted smart TV and cosy fireplace for those chillier winter nights. Internet access is provided free. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, large oven and gas cooktop, fridge, kettle, toaster and more.

In summer the ducted air-conditioning throughout will keep you comfortable on warmer days.

Polly’s is a 240m stroll from Wowly Creek, Callala Bay and guests can follow the walking track along the spectacular Callala Bay Headland to the beautiful Callala Beach.

The boat ramp is located a few hundred metres away or bring the fishing gear and throw in a line off the Callala Bay wharf. There are two outdoor showers to wash off the sand once you come back to the house.

The local shops are just a 10-minute walk away and provide all you need for a relaxing coastal break. There is an IGA, a hot food takeaway, cafes, boutique / gift shop and bakery. There is even a day spa if you want to reward yourself with a massage or facial. You can also stop off on your way through at Nowra Fresh and the Farmers Market to collect supplies. Callala Bay and Callala Beach have a few lovely restaurants and cafes if you choose to dine out. Nowra is only a 20-minute drive away. Berry is located slightly further afield and well worth a visit.

There are so many pristine beaches to explore around Currarong, Culburra Beach or further down the coast in Jervis Bay. Beecroft Peninsula and the lighthouse at Point Perpendicular are also worth exploring. Book your beachside holiday with us today!

All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for complimentary travel cot. BYO beach towels.

This property has external security cameras located on the front of the house covering the driveway.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a 100 AUD surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

If you bring a pet, a surcharge of 100 AUD will be added after the booking is placed.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  

Notes:
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Great location
We had a fabulous stay at Polly’s! Very close to Callala Bay which is absolutely gorgeous with crystal blue water :) Very short 2min drive from the shops which has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We loved the 850m road loop we were on as it made for a great running track. The house itself was very spacious, it had 2 ends which comfortably housed 2 families each with their on living quarters and bathrooms. Big garage with lots of storage. Pros: Close to beach and shops Quiet peaceful area Large kitchen and living spaces Aircon Large outdoor entertaining area Several TV’s Cons: 2nd fridge would have been ideal Thanks for a lovely stay!

Large family house
Well positioned and very comfortable home. We were a group of 10 and had lots of space. Easy walk to the inlet at Callala Bay. One thing to be aware of is the bathroom set up, only one main bathroom and the other an open plan style ensuite. The 4 pm check in is a pain and really should be reconsidered.

Good house, excellent location but annoying late check-in (4 pm)
Polly's is in an excellent location and the house was well set up for our multi-generational family group. The property managers(Holiday Rental Specialists) demand an uncomfortable amount of personal information; have endless rules and regulations (with threats of fines for all sorts) and only allowed a 4 pm check in. This was not compensated by a later check out time. The apparent reason was cleaning but it was quite clear to us the property was ready for us by 2pm( no cleaners there)and when we finally received the code and got in, we found the outdoor patio had not been cleaned. We found fragments of glass there, dust and bird droppings. The gas for the BBQ ran out after using it once. I would not normally fuss about small details but we had to jump through so many hoops to get access, even after we had paid the full fee, I felt annoyed by the time we arrived. Fortunately, we had a lovely few days and the house itself is fine.

Beautifull and nice but very late check in.
Absolutely beautiful home. Good and clean facilities we had a very good time but felt like we were only there for a day due to the very late check in. Also had yelling neighbors due to our dogs occasionally noisy in the middle of the day. We made sure to keep them controlled and quiet most of the time though. It was still an amazing stay altogether. The backyard was amazing
