Presented by Luxury Beach Rentals, this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront condo is located at The Marina, a prestigious AAA Four Diamond Resort along the Intracoastal Waterway. This unique unit features an extra-large circular living room and three private balconies offering beautiful views of the waterway, marina, and resort pool.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open kitchen, flat screen TVs, a full-sized washer and dryer, and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The place was just as the pictured. The place was clean and spacious and in a convenient location. Check in, parking and check out was easy and seamless. I would definitely book again.

This property is perfect!! The location, cleanliness, contact with the host; view of the marina. The hosts left a handwritten Welcome note; which I thought was very personable. Each bedroom had their own balcony and different views of the property. We were notified when the property was ready for us to check in; which was about 4 hours before the 4:00 check in. We tried to book it again for the July 4th weekend, but, it was not available. We will definitely be back.

Always a wonderful stay!

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this condo and it has always been amazing. Our favorite part of our stays is being able to watch the boats go up and down the intercoastal.

Everything is as advertised with this booking. It’s honestly a great location and the property is really nice…This is our only negative. Which isn’t the booking or units fault. The staff at the Hotel does not try to help you very much knowing you are booked through third-party rental. They told us we are not able to use the shuttle, the valet, or their beach chairs they set out for the property on the beach. They don’t even let you to use the service to help bring your own bags to your room, even if you are willing to tip the bellhopper. I asked the hotel where they would like me to put trash out they told me to go down to tower 4 through their own kitchen for catering and food prep and throw it in their own trash compactor…. Again this is not the owners of this condos fault ,nor is it luxury beach rental issues. But it’s obvious there is a tension between the hotel staff and people who book through third party rental service. If you are looking for a place with a nice pool, great condo, great location with great restaurants near this location then this booking is for you. They have a great walking path from the hotel along the intercoastal with beautiful homes. The texting service with luxury beach was nice for quick questions. The unit is so great the view, beds were great and checkout was a breeze.

I’m sorry the hotel staff restricted shuttle, valet, beach chairs, and bell service—that must have been frustrating. Those services are managed by the hotel and outside our control, but I’ll share your feedback with hotel management so they can address how third-party rental guests are treated.
