We’re so glad you had a great stay and that you enjoyed our home enough to want to come back—we’d love to host you again! For future guests, the only issue mentioned during this stay was the dishwasher. It was repaired and fully resolved on July 27, 2026, and is now operating as expected. We’re happy this was only a minor inconvenience during an otherwise wonderful stay, and we’re thrilled that our home was such a great fit for your group.

We had 8 adults and 1 infant stay at the property. It was lovely. The area was quiet and everyone had their own bedroom. It was the perfect size and fit everyone comfortably. It was very close (less than 10min drive) to downtown gatlinburg and the national park and about a 20 minute drive to Dollywood. Communication with the host was fast and easy, they also provided a list of recommended sights and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay with Dave for Thanksgiving!

The house was gorgeous and organized really well. They had a lot of parking. The indoor pool was the best! We used it morning noon and night. The hot tub was awesome. There are so many bedrooms in this house that each door has its own number! Kitchen was super easy to work in and to serve from. We had a fantastic thanksgiving in this wonderful cabin!

Wedding Week

Found this property and it fit what I was looking for, pool close to the wedding venue and could fit the family comfortably. The check in process was easy code was sent before we arrived, once we walked in couldn't believe the house even the grandkids were amazed it is way bigger than the pictures. Everyone had there own room and the pool and hot tub were a hit. No complaints from us. If you need to rent a house for a family would recommend this property.

Nice quiet area!

The property is very nice, quite!! The bed in room 1 was broken, the refrigerator was not cleaned, the pool area had trash on the floor and dirt and debris inside the pool. I’ll call Customer Service after I did my walk-through of the property to let them know my findings. They said they would let me know once they get in touch with maintenance so they can come fix the issues I checked out Sunday, June 25 before 11 AM, and I still haven’t heard anything from them.

Hi Tiffany, We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our private escape in Gatlinburg! We were disappointed to hear of your experience with the broken bed and can confirm that as of June 26, 2023 our maintenance team has fixed it so it is in proper working order. Our customer service team spoke with you about your concerns and immediately contacted a maintenance team member to rectify the issue, however due to the timing of the report (a Saturday evening) the soonest they could arrive was following your check out. We do require photographic proof of clean from our team prior to each check-in and we have images showing both the fridge and pool as clean and ready for the next guests before your arrival.

Family stay

Overall the property is nice. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. I would stay again. However, I was told the day before on Christmas morning my check in would be 2 hrs later. This is unacceptable. Back door knob was broken which made going in and out to hot tub difficult. Very few large pots and pans so had to buy our own. Pictures show an air hockey table that isn’t there. Indoor pool is freezing cold so makes it unusable. No chores to do upon check out so that was very nice.

Hi Michelle, We are glad to hear you enjoyed our amazing property in the heart of Gatlinburg! It is always our goal to set realistic expectations for our guests; we do apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the check-in time. We appreciate your feedback regarding the door knob and can confirm that as of January 4, 2024 we have had our maintenance team fix the issues so it is in good working order. We can confirm that we replaced the Air Hockey table with a new one on January 20th, 2024. We do clearly state in our listing description that the indoor pool is not heated as we want to ensure that we set appropriate expectations for each of our guests. It is our goal to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for all who visit, so we are glad that you enjoyed our chore-free approach! We hope to welcome you back for a future stay.

Well appointed cabin!!!!

I brought half of m family for a week's stay in Gatlinburg. The cabin we rented had more than enough room for the 15 people who attended. We had all age groups and everyone enjoyed the stay and the location. The kitchen/dining spaces were great for the group size we had. There was enough space for every age group to have some private time as well as share the common areas. We did have a couple of questions during our stay and management was very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was understanding how to get the hot tub to work properly but one of my nephews finally figured it out. We would definitely return to this property especially if we had a group of this size. The kitchen was well appointed and had loads of dishes/silverware. If only we could have taught the teenagers how to properly load the dishwasher!!!! Management could not help us with that!!!

House not met expectations as it’s looks in listing. It has poor amenities compared to my past experience with other rental. Sofa in leaving room is mess and so dirty that we were scared to even sit in it. Hot tube water had bad smell. And worst part was house cleanness. Although if was big house but had to deal with so many things during our stay. Dishwasher part was falling off while using. Pool door alarm had issues . Tv remote were hard to operate and last every furniture in house very old and very difficult to use it. Rooms/ Bathrooms door were not even working at all. Overall i would definitely think before book this rental. The only reason i booked it as we were 4 families with kids and it was very convenient to grocery and gatlingburg downtown. Of course there are many other things such as moving toilets sheet , windows blinds and so many other thing we find difficult to operate. One of my friend almost fall down due to broken chair in hot tube area. It was not worth money we spent as there were some excellent homes around area which we looked while booking and choose this one over others. I only book this home since last 3 reviews were given good feedback in recent time but not sure how they were happy with this home stay. There were son many lessons learn for us for future rental. But we spent good time in Gatling burg so it was not worth it to spend time complaining every day and we just simply ignored everything and focused more on our trip.

For future guests, we want to provide clear context on the concerns raised and the current condition of our home. Following this stay, we completed a full inspection and addressed every item mentioned. The sofa has been professionally cleaned, and the hot tub was drained, deep cleaned, sanitized, and refilled on April 8. The hot tub area was also reviewed for safety, and any items not meeting our standards were removed or are being replaced. The dishwasher was checked and is fully functional. All TV remotes were tested and had batteries replaced as needed. Bedroom and bathroom doors, including locks, were inspected and are working properly. Toilet seats were tightened, and blinds were also checked and adjusted.
