This is a 4-season 900+ sq ft cottage only a short walk to the lake.
The cottage is located in a private treed yard in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for hanging close to the beach, enjoying the fall colors and ice- fishing.
Large deck ideal to enjoy the sun, family time, BBQ and enjoying outside life with a screened gazebo and outdoor bonfires.
Located close to provincial park, tennis courts, play structures, boat launch, public beach and downtown/boardwalk is within an easy biking distance. 10 minutes drive to Gimli

Comfortable quiet and convenient located between Winnipeg Beach and Gimli. Ideal jumping off point to tour the Interlake including Riverton and Hecla.Can recommend.

The property is just like the pictures, it is warm and inviting. Our nephews came for a visit and loved playing in the yard. The kitchen is well appointed. Great place by the lake.

Fishing getaway

Myself and 2 friends stayed for a long weekend of fishing lake Winnipeg. It was a short drive to Chalet Beach to access the lake. The house has everything we needed and was clean and organized.

Cozy and relaxing weekend winter getaway!

Property was exactly as described and pictured! Very clean with all the required amenities. Check in was seamless. Good communication and response from host prior to check in and after arrival. Instructions were clearly posted. Great experience. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Very relaxing!

Such a great place! Cottage, yard and deck are all a good size for a small group/family. As a couple with 2 med. size dogs, we had plenty of space. And very well stocked, it really has everything to make it a very comfortable stay. Also very clean and a nice, quiet location. Owner Ben is readily available by cell if needed.

Well equipped, super clean cottage

This property is pleasantly treed with poplar, mountain ash and a crab apple tree right at the spacious deck. The cottage is 3bedroom, large living area with two largish wood tables, a sectional and a leather couch around the entertainment area, air conditioner and baseboard heating for cooler nights. The shower was good and there was no shortage of hot water. The owner was very considerate and phoned to see that we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Very clean, and had a variety and surplus of items that one might need, to use at the cabin.

I was there for five nights… Was happy to see a full-size hot water tank so, I could take a nice long hot shower. Was happy to see that there was an abundance of towels, surplus Of toilet paper and paper towels and extra hygiene items, in case someone forgot their own. The kitchen was well stocked with proper appliances like, a microwave and Keurig coffee machine. They even provided McDonald's coffee pods and a variety of condiments, in addition to any utensils, cutlery, dishware and linen.

Cosy and close to Lake Winnipeg

Cosy little place. Perfect for the fishing walleye kind of group as it is very close to Lake Winnipeg. If your group is comprised of male friends, it will sleep 3 adults or 2 couples with a single bed for a child. The place was clean and has every amenities available for a comfortable stay. Our host Ben was very friendly and ensured that our stay was up to our expectations. We had to call him late as we arrived as I had lost the key code to enter. He stayed on the line until we were in. Will most likely renew the experience next year at this property.

Comfort by the Lake

Beautifully situated among trees less than 5 min walk to pier on 7th Ave that is magically lit up at night. Comfortable bedrooms. The living room has 2 large sofas great for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped. I forgot to buy rice for cabbage rolls I was making for family reunion at my cousin's, but sure enough, there was a container of rice available! The host was extremely responsive, especially after we left medication behind after checking out. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come back. Thank you Ben.

The cottage is 500meters away from lake. This cottage has an open concept living area with dining area. Besides comfortable beds the cottage has 2 Sofa couches and 2 dinning tables. The space has full bathroom and a shower. We provide almost everything in the cabin – just bring your own food and clothing. There is a BBQ for your use. 4 outdoor camping chairs. Gas fire stove & Brand-new windows to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
