Welcome to your perfect Rocky Mountain retreat! This beautifully decorated, top-floor 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 9 and is located in the highly sought-after South building of The Corral—just a quick walk to Main Street, the ski lifts, and easy access to the free shuttle for skiing, shopping, and dining.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from both sides of the condo, including panoramic vistas of the Tenmile Range right from the living room. Thoughtfully updated, the space features modern mountain décor, gorgeous hardwood floors, and brand-new mattresses in every bedroom for a restful night’s sleep.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for dining in, with new appliances—including a new dishwasher—and everything you need to prepare meals like a pro. You'll also find fans and humidifiers in every room for added comfort during every season.

Unwind on your private balcony with a grill, ideal for taking in the views after a day on the slopes. Inside, cozy up by the gas fireplace and watch the sunset in pure mountain style. This condo also includes a heated parking lot for easy snow control and a private garage space for added convenience.

Whether you're here to ski, hike, shop, or relax, this spacious and well-appointed condo has everything you need for an unforgettable mountain getaway.
Located at the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9, this Breckenridge condo is also located on the free shuttle route and just a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift.

All guests can enjoy the very large, 14 person, outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area.

Great Family Getaway

The place had plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the TV set-up and Bluetooth speaker were great…A lot of times that’s not the case. Only downside would be that one side of the unit (the entry and master bedroom windows) faces a Main Street that’s fairly busy. Probably not an issue at all in the winter, but with windows up in the summer it was a little louder than you’d like it to be.

Great location, great experience

Such a great location! It was so easy to walk to town and to easily take the bus to the slopes. The place was very nice and clean. Check in was easy. For the location, I think you get a great value.

Great view

The property is nice, but not ideal in the summer. As others have said it is directly next to the main road and first stop light into town and sooooo loud. It is very hot inside unless you open all windows and turn on all fans and even then the upstairs bedroom was difficult to cool off on warm sunny days.

Good and bad

Loved the location. Unit was wonderfully appointed and everything functioned as it should. Need to upgrade to soundproof windows as you can clearly hear traffic on Main. Master bed needs a mattress upgrade for sure

Great Condo!

Very nice condo, close to the slopes and the town. It has its own hot tub which was a nice touch for us. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the accomodations as much as the skiing!

Fantastic short stay in Breckenridge

Our recent stay at this property was wonderful - from a clean and comfortable home to kind and responsive property managers, each of the guests had nothing but great things to say about our visit. The property is in a convenient location, walkable to downtown Breckenridge and near a free shuttle. Excellent Labor Day Weekend

We had an excellent time staying in Breck. The condo has nice beds and couches and chairs. The condo is minutes away from Main Street making it very convenient to walk to restaurants. The unit also has a nice parking lot. We would definitely stay again when in Breck.

Wonderful

we stayed here and loved the condo. It's close to the mountain.. a 7 minute walk in your ski boots to Peak 8 I think. The room is directly across from the Conoco gas station on the end of the Breckenridge town. It's very easily walkable to all of the town. We loved the stay and would recommend to anyone. The owners were very helpful as well.

Perfect size for my party of 7!

My wife and I chose this place to celebrate her, ahem, 40th birthday. Perfect location. Easy parking. Walk to downtown. Owner's very responsive and easy to work with. Good amenities. Safe and very welcoming for families with kids. Would stay here again no doubt!

Amazing location in an amazing town.

Property was everything it said it was and more. Location was perfect and in walking distance to everything, and we have 4 young children. Features in the accommodation were also great and the view from the spa was amazing. Tom and Vicki were helpful and responsive at all times and made the stay a pleasurable one. We had an amazing time in Breckenridge and cant wait to come back again. Thank you Tom and Vicki!
