Nestled right in to Copper's East Village is Snowflake 209, a beautifully appointed 1 bedroom plus den with two baths that sleeps up to six people. 826 square feet. This Ski-in/out condo looks right at the Super Bee Lift and Copper's famed Rosie's Run, home of the US Ski and Snowboard's Speed Training Center. Check the lift lines(or lack there of) while relaxing on the two comfortable couches(one being a sofa sleeper) while enjoying your morning coffee. The Den which is home to a queen size murphy bed, doubles as an office, giving you a perfect space for your remote working needs. The full kitchen and central island table make this open floor plan condo perfect for intermediate to advanced skiers who want to be right in the action. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR22-R-00143 | One parking space next to townhome. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Great location and easy to work with

Easy access to ski lockers, only one flight of stairs or use the elevator.

Awful / Stay Away

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: NOT RECOMMENDED !!! The property has a significant heating problem – and I mean significant. When I first entered the property, the temperature in the room was 85° it took me two full days to figure out how to get the family comfortable – I was never able to figure out the thermometer. Slightly related are windows that were installed incorrectly; they don’t close properly. There was a literal breeze coming into the living room. More importantly, the room with the Murphy bed is likely a 10-20° difference from the rest of the suite. It was literally freezing – we couldn’t use it. Unrelated to the windows, this is due to the fact that below the murphy bed room is outside parking. Simply put, there is inadequate insulation in this old building.Equally as unnerving was the building’s HOA president. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this guy was in our business. He is clearly burnt out as it relates to dealing with vacationers. The problem: the property has inadequate parking coupled with a poorly designed parking garage. They also have an issue with unauthorized people accessing reserved parking. We were treated as if we these people. Incredibly rude. We got notices and orange notes reprimanding us for imperfect parking. The one space you get is right next to a retaining wall. It was near impossible to park a mid-size suv (common for the mountains) in this spot. Prepare for very time consuming inching in and out of a tight area to try to park in the designated space. Do NOT expect to use the parking spot if you have an SUV.Location wise, the property is not ‘in the middle of it all’ like we hoped; the east is quiet and not a lot going on. It is also at the bottom of some difficult black runs. We were fine but others might have a problem. Another odd issue we had was using the TV and the electronics. There were many remotes and so many devices that we co

The unit was very clean and just as listed. The walk to the slopes was indeed right there. Not much to eat in East village aside from 1 restaurant so plan ahead.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect for our East village wedding. Condo was spacious enough and clean, and had a great, though somewhat obstructed view. The lighting was not good at all in the bedroom and bathrooms. There were several light bulbs out which made it even darker and the light in the bedroom fan flickered so much we could not have it on. There are no exterior windows in the bedroom. The closet was so full of fans/humidifiers/vacuums and other cleaning supplies it was not super functional. The fireplace does not function at all. There were no coffee filters.

Amazing Stay on Copper Mountain Ski Hill

Enjoyed our stay at the Snowflake Condo! Perfect location and condo was a great rustic decor retreat from the ski day! I would definitely book again!

Overall quality was good. The 2 beds and pillows were great but the sofa bed WAS HORRIBLE. Sleeping on the actual couch was a better option than the pull out bed. The fireplace in the pictures is DECIEVING...it isn't a working fireplace. There are candles in it. The only other drawback was that there is no free access to a pool or hot tub...after big days of snowboarding, a soak feels so dreamy AND the washer and dryer access is on a different level and you pay for each load.

Condo building is quiet. Unit on second floor with accesible elevator! Great views and easy access to bus stop to center village or short walk to super bee lift! Would stay again!

Perfect location for small family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was beyond perfect. There were 5 of us and the space was adequate for our needs and the second full bath was great to have. They have done an amazing job updating this unit and it was beautiful. We did loose heat and had some issues with the maintenance people at the condo answering the rental company but Copper Vacation offered to move us or provide us with space heaters. We opted for the space heaters and they worked great. The only negative was the parking spot was horrible if you have a full size vehicle (and we were surrounded by full size vehicles as well). I enjoy going out and shopping while my family skis, wasn’t happening.....I could not get our vehicle out. Made for a long week of sitting in the condo and doing things around Copper. No fault of the rental company, just our bad luck. It was great to sit in the living room and watch the family leave and come back every day, a true ski in and out. Another bonus was the washer and dryer down in the laundry room was actually full size. So many other places have the short run and you can’t wash much. It was nice to be able to put on a true, full size load.

Family get away

The location was wonderful and we walked in really impressed with how they’ve updated their condo, even down to the sinks and the double master shower heads. Both our boys were happy to have their own bed and the views they had from their bed were stellar! Great price and location.
