Loved my stay here!! The place is very clean, no problems at all with parking, very spacious and felt just like home!! Just was very effective communication and making sure we had everything we needed. My new home away from home whenever I visit Philly!!

This was my first visit to Philly and this home, located in quiet neighborhood, was a perfect home base for our trip. Perfectly appointed to meet any needs you may have.

This place was much larger than expected, and was very comfortable. It was central to all of our activities and it was very easy to get ahold of the owner when we had questions (the thermostat was space aged).

Great stay in Philly

We had a wonderful time visiting family who lived nearby. After some last minute planning complications, Tiffany and the Evolve team ensured we got our reservation locked in. So grateful. Communicating with them was easy. The location was quiet, nicely decorated, and very spacious. Would definitely book it again!

Great location and stay

Really nice place and amenities. Well furnished, nice rooms, etc. Really loved the bathroom, would ask for more wash clothes though. Would stay again.

Great Philly option

Pet friendly and good location - only about 15 mins from downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Would stay again if in the area.

Everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

The apartment was in a great location, was clean and well appointed. The house had everything we needed from TVs, to kitchen appliances and housewares, and comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay! The inside of the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful amenities. The only small complaint is the recycling bin out front was overflowing and because of that there was trash on the ground.

well maintained and reasonably modernized historic home made for a comfortable long weekend in a historic city. the quiet neighborhood made relaxing evenings. very spacious home with all the creature comforts.

Awesome place near Philly

This house was just what we needed for the 4 of us to visit Philly! We couldn't have asked for more. Great space for taking it easy and close enough to be in town in 15 minutes. We had a great time! We would definitely recommend this place if you need to a place to stay and don't want to be in center city.

Fit our needs perfectly

Location and setup was great. We found everything we needed easily for a comfortable long weekend getaway for two adults and one teen. We appreciated being able to travel with our dogs. Check out Philly Goat Project nearby if you have time during your stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Clean and quiet

I chose this property due to its proximity to Chestnut Hill Hospital where my brother-in-law was undergoing a surgical procedure and we stayed for Ford days without issue. The neighborhood is quiet and the folks were friendly I felt safe walking around without issue

Philadelphia Freedom

It was a nice place. Worked well because we had a vehicle. However, we used Lyft to go to most places at night. The host’s communication was timely, she was very helpful.

Beautiful & Convenient

The house was roomy, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was comfortable for cooking and the living room was inviting. Our location was perfect for items on our agenda that included downtown Philly exploring Love Park, historic Philadelphia iconic stops including the Liberty Bell and Peddlers Village a bit north of the city. The street parking in front of the residence with garage parking options was perfect.

Great place!

This is a perfect house to stay in with your family. It is a great location for folks visiting family in the Philly suburbs, eg, Springfield, Abington, or Cheltenham townships. The basement is a great place for teens to hang out (though the tv needs replacing). The neighbors and neighborhoods are great. The kitchen has the basics to make a few dinners. The dining room table and chairs aren’t the best, I imagine they’ll be replaced soon. Staying here is a much better option than a hotel!!!

Comfortable

It was a spacious home with nice bathrooms with plenty of space in the bedrooms and a room for a work area. The basement had comfortable recliners with a small bathroom and shower. It was a quiet area with friendly neighbors. Climate control was easy and kept us cool and comfortable. The living room and dining room was comfortable! Great access to suburban malls and center city Phila within 2o mins.
