Come and enjoy the quiet privacy of this intimate condominium! This serene top floor, direct oceanfront, 1-bedroom condo consists of a full kitchen, 1.5 bath, and spacious private lanai with direct ocean views. The entrance of the unit includes a lanai with keyless entry. *3RD Floor (Top Floor), 28 stair walk-up (No elevator).

The living room is fully furnished with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and brand new Smart TV.

Sliding glass doors open on to the private lanai where you can enjoy relaxing sounds of the ocean and spectacular sunrise views and even spot whales in the winter months.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. There are BBQ accessories so you can enjoy the poolside grills. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen has seating for four.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a tiled shower and an additional bonus half bathroom.

Other amenities to make your stay more enjoyable include:

Live on the Lanai

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is perfectly located for great unobstructed views of the ocean. A short walk to the beach which has swimmable areas, life guard, and is long enough for beach jogging and brisk walks. The pool offers a nice cozy alternative to the thunderous pacific. The interior layout and amenities were accurately described. Nice breezes flow through the condo. Conveniently located, just east of the main highway, therefore you do hear a bit of traffic noise at times. The bedroom looks out onto the facility parking lot, with associated noises. Would come again. Ah and yes, and the roosters!

Beautiful location & well equipped condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3rd time to Kauai & 2nd at this resort. Unit 325 is direct ocean front therefore a beautiful breeze flows through the space. Listen to the waves all night you may even choose to forgo the comfortable King bed to sleep on the pull out sofa which is also comfy. It’s a great centrally located spot to travel around the island. Great snorkelling right out front!

A little slice of heaven

From our moment of our arrival we knew this place was special. The roosters greeted us, the view from the lanai was incredible, the sunrises were inspiring. We ate meals on the lanai, the kitchen has everything you need and the Safeway is only a few miles away in Kapaa. We were the only ones laying out on the beach each day, no one within 100 yards, However, the swimming beach is about a 5 minute walk. Having 2 bathrooms and a separated bedroom was a plus. There is a small homeless encampment about 1/4 mile on the road near Lyngate park but there were no issues. The management provided not only easy directions for check in but also important island information, road closures, beach safety etc. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, beach mats and a small cooler were also provided. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!
