Our stay was amazing. Great customer service, our room was ready ealry which was great as we had finished a 12 hr drive sooner than we expected. Pool was nice and the walk to the beach was close. There is alot of fun things to do in the area!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will say the office staff was nice and friendly! Any issues I had they were helpful in fixing. My issue lies with the owner of this condo. People are complaining about the same broken tvs and bed situation for the past few years. Like seriously, we drive far and pay a lot of money for a vacation. The tvs don’t work and apparently haven’t in years. The main master bed feels like it was going to break at any moment. The headboard was not properly attached, the water pressure is too low and at times wouldn’t flow well from the sinks and the toilets barely flushed. I would stay at this resort again but definitely not this specific condo. Also consider changing the doors over the washer and dryer because you can barely access them without feeling like the doors are going to break. The neighbor downstairs is the nosiest person I may have met. Everytime you walk outside she steps on her porch pretending to sweep and will literally watch you park, load your car, unload your car, walk to the pool, etc. the ladies that checked us in were sweet and professional!

I loved the master bathtub, layout of the condo and the location wasn't too bad (near a pool, little bit of a walk to the beach). The parking situation is the only flaw in this condo. I really loved the double bunk bed setup in the second bedroom. This is a perfect family-friendly condo. The washer/dryer worked really well. The balcony was oversized and the furniture was comfy. I loved that the condo came with a sand wagon and a bin of beach toys, chairs and floaties/etc.

The bed dips down at the head, so I put the back cushions under the mattress so I wasn’t sleeping downhill. The fridge was leaking water from beneath and was making some strange noises.
