The start button needs to be pulled out and then pushed in for the dryer to start. We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. While the hot water was a concern, we were glad to be able to get it resolved within 24 hours. While the neighbor's actions and decorations are outside of our control, we're sorry that your group felt uncomfortable during your stay. We go above and beyond in providing a comfortable experience for our guests, and we're sorry that outside circumstances changed that.
