We rented 2 homes for our family 11 our ages were from infant to seniors. It was wonderful as it was 50' from one home to the other home at the back doors. The grandchildren loved it and we loved it too as it was safe. We made many memories with our children and grand children and they made memories with their cousins. The communication with our host Bruno was great.

Great Time and Lovely Condo

Our overall stay was great. The condo was clean and ready for us on our arrival. Starter kit had enough toiletries and soaps, so we didn't have to hit the store first thing. Staff was easy to contact and prompt to respond. The larger waterpark was a blast, couldn't get my grandson to leave. The location of the condo was good, short drives to Disney, Sea World, Old Town, stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay there again.

Very nice location...close to Disney and SeaWorld

This townhome is a new unit. Very nice location because it was a very short drive to Disney and Seaworld. A little hot upstairs at night, that was the only problem that we had. Bruno and his team (Wonder Vacation) were awesome to deal with. They made check-in and departure so easy for us. We would love to stay here again.

Great Place, Love Storey Lake!

Overall this home was a great space for our Disney vacation. Drive to the parks was short and easy, proximity to Publix, Target, and much more was a great plus. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice to soak our tired legs in after long park days! Kids loved the Minions and Star Wars rooms. Only suggestion is that for a rental in Florida, there should be ceiling fans or tower fans in all of the bedrooms. Upstairs could get a little warm plus everyone in our group (all from Florida and Alabama) are used to having their ceiling fans running all year long for both air and sounds while sleeping.

Great but…

A lot of good things, but there was a restriction on the A/C, and no ceiling fans, or fans of any kind. Also, the property has no restriction that we could find on noise - our neighbors, on both sides, were very load late into the night. For family with young kids, this was hard for getting to bed regular time and having early mornings. Also - Please provide more trash bags and toilet paper. For 9 residents, we ran out with 1 day left. Again, a lot of good - but we wouldn’t stay here again.

We're glad there were aspects of your stay you enjoyed, but would like to clarify a few points: The A/C restriction is in place solely to prevent damage to the unit, as setting it below 72°F can cause it to freeze and malfunction. This temperature is comfortable and appropriate for this time of year. Regarding the lack of ceiling fans, none are advertised or shown in the listing. As for noise issues, we have no control over the behavior of other guests in the area. When disturbances occur, the appropriate course of action is to contact local law enforcement, which we always advise. Lastly, the starter supply of essentials like trash bags and toilet paper is clearly mentioned in the agreement, so guests can plan accordingly. We recommend reviewing the provided information ahead of time to ensure expectations align with what is offered. Thank you again for staying with us. Wonder Vacation Homes

Great place, but bring some fans

There's a lot about this place to love...It was very clean, plenty of space for 3 families, the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved both the pool in the backyard and the one at the clubhouse. Everyone at the management company was very nice and helpful, and had great communication leading up to our arrival and while we were there.The thing that kept me from giving 5 stars, and would keep me from staying there again, is that they regulated the temp on the A/C, and with 90 degree days during our stay, and no ceiling fans, it was uncomfortably warm upstairs (where most of the bedrooms are located). We ended up purchasing some fans, which helped, but it was still too hot for the kids to sleep in the top bunks. Investing in an HVAC unit that could handle running more often, or at least ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, would make this a place we would want to come back to!

Thank you Megan for being our guest, at Wonder Vacation Homes, we are glad to hear you had a good time and enjoyed the home. It is a good suggestion for asking the owner for fans, I will take this up to them. Normally April does not see 90 degrees and as directed by our HVAC professional, we maintain the temperature on AC to be between 70 and 76 degrees. I will most certainly follow up on your suggestion, we sure hope to host you again next time with a better experience.

The club house pool, lazy River, bar and gym are very nice. You can’t bring in outside drinks though. The negatives would be the seating for everyone. It needs to be upgraded for sure. The house sleeps 10, but the seating is awful. After a day at the parks, you just want to relax with everyone and have some drinks, but the couch is very uncomfortable and the bar stools squeak badly. Also I think there were supposed to be 2 king beds and the downstairs bed is a queen
