CozySuites is proud to present our aparthotel in the Central West End. This hotel room is perfect for all travelers and extended stays. Take advantage of our excellent location, lightning fast fiber wifi, modern aesthetics, and the 2 shared communal kitchens. Did we mention there is also free parking and contactless self check in? If you are looking for a luxury hotel, then you may want to look elsewhere. But if you are looking for an authentic and fresh hospitality experience, this is for you!

The Space:
DISCLAIMER: While each CozySuite is designed according to our style and décor standards, pictures shown above are representative photos of our units at this property, and floor plans, furniture, décor, and views may vary slightly depending on the unit.

We are at 4215 Lindell Blvd and right next to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge.

This hotel unit is suitable for two. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay in the St. Louis Central West End Neighborhood!

Great amenities are:
- Fast and stable fiber internet connection
- Minifridge and microwave in your unit
- Free parking spot, INCREDIBLE in downtown Central West End (other hotels charge $15-20/day!)
- Communal kitchen with 2 sets of range, ovens, fridges, microwaves, and dishwashers. All silverware and utensils provided

- Great patio space with seating and a gas grill for our grill master travelers
- Washers and dryer that take credit cards at $2.5/load
- Complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available and local TV channel
- Business center computer with printer

Guest Access:
Guest have access to entire hotel and all of the building amenities. This is a contactless check in property where you can skip the front desk!

The Neighborhood:
Central West End is the nicest and amongst the most upscale neighborhood in St. Louis! Great bars and restaurants, safe, close to the local hospital system, and everything's in walking distance! We are right adjacent to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge; we gladly welcome all guests who are in town for medical treatments and traveling medical professionals!

Getting Around:
Everything is a short 10 minute Uber ride or drive away, including the Basilica and the Arch! Take the electric dockless Lime or Bird scooters if you are seeking a more adventurous transportation method

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police, escorted off the premise by security, and the contract will be immediately terminated.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests


No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Fall stay
Great location only a short distance from my daughter.Both my sister and I thought that pool was for swimming not the game. Surprise! Kitchens had very few dishes and coffee cups. Lots of communal space and quiet!

This was a pretty terrible experience from start to finish. Booking was awful and took forever. The instructions were helpful but besides that, it was not good. The place had razor wire on the fences and walking inside, everything was very dirty. All carpets and the elevator looked like the hadn’t been cleaned. The room itself smelled like marijuana and we had never heard such thin walls. You could hear EVERY person around and above. There were no curtains on the window so the light from the parking garage just came right in. When we walked out in the morning, someone had left a big bag of trash outside the elevator. The place felt like a disgusting dorm room with terribly cheap furniture and just overall, I could not believe it cost what it did for that room. We ended up booking a different room for the second night despite having already paid and being unable to cancel, it was THAT bad.
