We are at 4215 Lindell Blvd and right next to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge.
This hotel unit is suitable for two. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay in the St. Louis Central West End Neighborhood!

The Neighborhood:
Central West End is the nicest and amongst the most upscale neighborhood in St. Louis! Great bars and restaurants, safe, close to the local hospital system, and everything's in walking distance! We are right adjacent to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge; we gladly welcome all guests who are in town for medical treatments and traveling medical professionals!
Getting Around:
Everything is a short 10 minute Uber ride or drive away, including the Basilica and the Arch! Take the electric dockless Lime or Bird scooters if you are seeking a more adventurous transportation method
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police, escorted off the premise by security, and the contract will be immediately terminated.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
