Things went smoothly. Condo is a bit outdated, but everything is fully functional, except for the internet service. A new router would improve connectivity. Very comfortable, would rent again.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean, the check-in and out process was very easy and the location was fantastic. My son and his friend had a blast playing on the tennis courts and then in the ocean. A bonus was seeing the fireworks off the balcony at night and we SO appreciate you allowed us to bring our fur baby along. Thank you so much! This was a wonderful trip for all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was as advertised. No surprises. One comment is that it could use a deep clean and some paint. That's not to mean it wasn't clean rather it just needs some refreshing but overall I would recommend it to a friend. My other comments have nothing to do with the condo itself more so the overall property. For some reason all beach chairs at the beach entrance were locked up. I did not see any communication that they were only available during certain times of year or if you had to arrange to get some in advance. Last comment is the common areas around the condos themselves could also use a deep clean. Not disgusting but time and age are showing. The tennis courts, swimming pools and other common areas were well kept. Just the corridors around the condos need some attention. Thanks!

Don't be fooled with this condo!

My family and I have always been firm believers in the saying "you get what you pay for." For what we paid a night (for the WEEK) this past summer for this condo, we had much higher expectations and were extremely disappointed. Upon our arrival after a long day of traveling, the rooms were dirty (a clogged sink, hair in bathtubs and bathrooms), and the floors were sandy from previous guests, etc. We have stayed in other condos before with a true "fully stocked" kitchen. We woke up for breakfast the next morning only to discover there were no skillets or cookie sheets to cook with. The kitchen was not at all stocked adequately for 6 people; not even 2 people! Completely unacceptable for a price like this and a place such as Saida IV. We thought we would splurge a little more to have a nicer condo that included a washer and dryer. We were sure wrong.

South Padre Island Rentals Saida Tower

From the very beginning to the very end of our stay was exceptional! The location was right on the beach and the cabs had no problem located our group. We stayed on the fifth floor and was grateful for the elevator! The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had dishes, silverware, and paper towels already stocked. The bathrooms also included toilet paper and towels. It was really nice not having to go out and buy additional supplies because it was provided ahead of time. South Padre Rentals really thought of everything. From start to finish we did all our travel set up with Matthew, it was wonderful to have someone consistent and that knew what was going on with our individual trip. I would highly recommend South Padre Rentals and the Saida Towers to everyone!

Awesome condo! Ready to return~!

We had a great time this condo is very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. The views of the Gulf dont get much better. Relax by the pool or take a short walk to the beach - heck you can even do your laundry if you feel the need. Do yourself a favor Book This Condo!
