Beautiful place and great location!! Super happy with the holiday- was a huge mission finding the key from a different location, and hard to find the address, then finding the property address, took over an hour to sort which was not ideal, but once we got there it was fantastic, spacious, beautiful and clean - had everything we needed- great holiday

Lovely Unit. Great location.

Great views, lovely and clean, spacious and comfortable. Awesome location, so close to the beach and cafes. Would stay again for sure. Couple of minor things, could not get the fans to work in the bedrooms and paid for 7 guests and the sofa bed was not made up or any linen left, so had to take from other beds. Property Manager needs to communicate a little better.

Great views, lovely room, resort facilities fantastic

We had a great time, very handy being located at a tram stop, facilities were great, however no basketball facilities available despite advertising this and a main reason we booked our stay here. (need to keep ALL the kids happy) Room was amazing. Slides only open from 9am - 5pm. Overall I think we'd love to come back at some stage.

Wonderful home away from home

This apartment was perfect for our family. It was clean, airy and bright. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, the kitchen had plenty of everything we needed, a well stocked laundry that included a dryer. A very lovely surprise was the voucher to Costa D’Oro (Italian Restaurant) - thanks so much :) Only downside was that the Wifi was very slow but I guess that’s apartment living with a 4G modem. Mantra Sun City is a great resort in a convenient location next to tram stop.

Crazy management

1:sense they got money no one cares 2:nothings in property as toilet paper,hand wash,dish soap,rubbish bags,…3:room is been leaking all time no one cares Hardly I don’t recommend this property to anyone I wish I could give them zero stars

Stunning view but lack of personal touch

My family and I (me hubby, 2 girls and in-laws) stayed here for 5 nights. We were all blown away by the view as soon as we entered the apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very nice beach style furniture. It was big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids under 9years old. There’s a sofa bed in the lounge which is not advertised in the listing. Unfortunately there were a few things that made our stay not as great as it could have been: - few pans were too damaged to use. It’s fine if you’re planning to eat out all the time but if you have a kid with allergies and you need to cook their own meal, it makes it tricky - missing and inconsistent dinnerware - dirty sandwich maker - dirty and not emptied vacuum cleaner - not enough toilet paper for 5days - washing machine wouldn’t turn on which made it tricky as we were using our bath towel for the pool as well since beach towel were not provided - nothing was done after I reported the washing machine not working. - had to pick up the keys at the agency office even though I have plenty of notice if my early arrival - no compendium to provide info regarding the apartment (e.g we didn’t even know were to put the rubbish away). - would have been nice touch to have a few staples in the pantry(doesn’t have to be new) - doesn’t look like someone made sure everything was in place in the apartment before our arrival.

On arrival there was no tea, coffee, salt pepper, tea towels, dish washing liquid, dish washing cloths.Just the toilet rolls on the holders in the toilet, no spares. This was fixed quickly the next day. 2nd bathroom shower head was a cheap plastic head and was cracked. Rang numours times for this to be replaced or fixed as we could not use this shower in it's current state, it was never fixed over our 6 days of our stay. 48hrs before checking out, I put through a request for a late check out by 1 hr. Cleaning staff came knocking on our door as they were not advised even though I had gone through 2 channels of communication. Conformation was confirmed that we could extend. I received a rather rude phone call to ask why we hadn't vacated. I explained that their company had emailed me with confirmation of extension, obviously a breakdown in communication between staff within the management team, no apology from the staff member that called me. On a positive note, the property was obsolutely fantastic. It will be a real pity when they finish building 70 levels right in front of this beautiful apartment views.
