Can't say enough good things about our stay. The property was just as described. Nice view from balcony and upstairs bedroom. The outside living area underneath was great too have a well. Quiet neighborhood. I especially liked that they provide plenty of bikes, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, wagon and beach cart. It's so convenient for those traveling from out of town to not have to bring so much. The location and access to beach was perfect! We also appreciated all that they had available for babies as we were traveling with twins. The home was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy as well as communicating with the host. We will definitely come stay again!

Loved this property. We visited with our college age kids and had a great time. It was within walking distance to beach. Property was clean and communication with owner was easy and quick, The toaster was not working so I messaged at 11pm at night and the next morning a new toaster was delivered. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO sites and this property had the most amenities included. They provided bikes, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, and a canopy for the beach. We were able to grill out dinner several nights of our stay. Would recommend this property.

So great!

We were a group of moms and daughters, and we had the best time. The location was great, and the amenities of the house were everything (and more) than we needed. The check out process was the easiest we've ever experienced, which is the icing on the cake to a wonderful place to vacation!

The host was so accommodating and helpful. Location was perfect we could walk everywhere and it was so nice having bikes to use if we wanted! I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in siesta key!

The unit was very clean and as advertised. The beach was just a minute from the unit and was very convenient. Taking the frog hop to town was great. Would highly recommend the unit. Communication was great and all needs were met.

Perfect place literally across the street from the beach. Walkable to the Village but a cheap uber ride if that's preferred. Place is in immaculate condition.

Review

We stayed at Hoppy's Beach View and it was lovely! The owners were very communicative leading up to our trip and during our stay. The unit itself was clean and stocked with kitchen essentials, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, toilet paper, towels, and beach gear which was so helpful. The location was awesome - Just a quick walk to the beach and trolley stop. We had 7 people stay here which worked out totally fine as long as you are comfortable with sharing rooms/space. I'd highly recommend renting through Gertrude!

The unit was great! Loved having the elevator. Well supplied with kitchen, bathroom, beach items. Very close to beach. Beautiful, deep beach which is very walkable. Walkable to town. Great outdoor balcony and downstairs screened area. Easy communication with Daniel.
