Home away from home!

Property is perfect! Host has thought of so many small amenities to make you truly feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and beautiful! We highly recommend and would stay here again. Property owner is also very responsive.

Home away from home

All I can say is wow, I have already sent te link to the property to so many people, what you see on the pictures, that is what you get. Mr Russell, you make me have hope for customer service in Jamaica, the house was spotless, communication was seamless, the house was so cozy, i barely left, the beds were so comfortable, the house was super clean, the ammenities provided were top n otch, we have to take our hats off to the decorator and the host as its ovious they take pride in their appearance, I have so much to say about how comfortable we were. We will defininately be back to this property soon . Book this property you will not regret it.

Modern unit fully furnished & equipped kitchen. There was a bit too much fragile decor placed throughout the unit. Water pressure was great and the solar water heater worked well. Unit is outfitted with insect screens and fully air-conditioned. Washer in laundry area. Beds are very high, not recommended for short persons or anyone with mobility issues. Bathrooms are the tub/shower combo not wheelchair accessible.

Beautiful peaceful home away from home

Good evening Gwen. I'm sad to go. I had a wonderful very homelike holiday. The pictures didn't do it justice!! Your home is immaculate. Couldn't ask for anything more. From handsome Mr Russell greeting me at the gate to the immaculate kept lawn to the breathtaking decor when the door opened. I really felt like you made the effort to make me feel at home. I really liked how you checked on me, gave proper directions and provided a smooth check-in. My only regret is that I didn't book my next week here with you. I went on the site and it's already booked. I now know better lol. Furnishings and decor is a plus! Wifi and ac on point! The beds are high but the quality of the mattress made me want to hoist up there every night. Loved that you supplied bathroom toiletries. Hot water was great! Your outdoor seating areas are welcoming and cozy. I loved it all and will hopefully come back soon

I think this property is a gem in Trelawny. My family and I booked a 3 night stay to attend an event close-by for the weekend. From the start, I was simply amazed as to the communication process. Within just a few hours of booking, I received a message from the host telling me how excited they were about welcoming me to the property. Closer to the date, I didn't have to ask for update or directions on how to get to the property. All that information was sent to me. One of the things I appreciated the most was the fact that Mr Russell waited on us at the main entrance and escorted us to the property so we didnt get lost. He also made sure to show us where everything was and reassured us that he was just a phone call away in case we needed anything. The place was clean, tidy and bed linens were fresh. Everything was in order. Mr Russell even left 4 bottles of water for our family of 4; 2 cold and 2 at room temperature so we had choices as to how we wanted our water. We definitely needed that after a long hot day. The furniture, appliances and household items were very modern. The place is well kept, and was truly a home away from home. We didnt want to leave but if we dont leave, we cant come back right? LOL. We will definitely be back, and not only that but as a travel agency owner, I will be sure to tell my clients about this place when they're seeking a getaway. Keep up the great work Royal Vacation Retreat! We were definitely treated like royalty.

The owner communicated with me from my time at the airport to my check in which made me so comfortable and confident which in turn put all my worries to ease! When I arrived I was greeted and brought to the property where I was shown how everything worked and also told all of the house rules as well as what I was allowed to use which was everything! The pictures does this place no justice it is clean and modern everything is up to date and well taken care of the living room furniture and bedroom furniture are stunning take it from me and book, book, book!!! I know I will!! Front porch and back porch stunning as well!! Very safe and secure neighborhood no noise at night and very peaceful mornings as well!!😍😍😍😍😍💎💎💎💎💎

Peaceful

This is the place to beat. It is modern and well kept. My experience from start to finish was first class. The host was fantastic; Always available if or when needed. His attitude and mannerism was top draw. He was willing, patient, helpful and very easy to get along with. The owner was also very easy to reach and also responded directly and quickly when contacted. Everything that's been advertised about the property was spot on. I would definitely recommend this property for holiday stay. 👌
