Beautiful property in great proximity to the Convention Center. Pool was lovely and lots of fun for the kids. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo

The condo had plenty of room, it was clean, we had easy access on arrival with no issues during our stay. The pool and bar area were a bonus to the stay. This is our third time staying on the property and we love it!

Great Location

This was our 2nd stay at Vista CayWonderful location, spotlessly clean, beautiful pool and bar. Walk to Publix and several restaurants.Comfy beds, nice linens.Only thing that could be better was couch was VERY uncomfortable, no safe, no smart TVs But overall a wonderful place to stay.

The house is so clean and comfy , location is a 20 min for all important poaces im Orlando , ans 5 min walking to convention center , the amenities of Vista Cay was perfect. We do love it.

This was the third year we’ve stayed at vista cay. Great location for the volleyball tournament. Our condo was new, clean and had adequate kitchen supplies! Beds were comfy. The new pool area was AMAZING!!

Perfect location

Great location, close to Universal. Not far from Disney. Beds were comfortable. Previous reviews mentioned low quality linens, but we found quite the opposite. Sheets were soft and towels were thick and soft. Showers, toilets, sinks all functioned properly.

Awesome spring break

This was a perfect fit for my family. I have three kids. We came for spring break and went to Universal, it was a very short drive to get there. Everything was convenient walking distance to an amazing breakfast place and a grocery store. We had a blast.

Trip with Grandkids

We chose this condo to stay with our two grandsons while visiting Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios and Sea World. It was perfect (exactly as described) and we enjoyed our trip. The host was very responsive as something came up and we needed them. Thank you.

Great location, nice place

It was a great location. Check in and check out process was easy. The actual unit was all that was described and having bigger bathrooms was great. The information sent in the email with our reservation confirmation had all the info we needed. The only minor thing I would improve would be having more hooks or bars in the bathroom.

Vista Cay Reserves

Location was perfect. Minutes away from attractions. Small shopping center and some restaurants with in walking distance. Pools, hot tubs, and lounging areas well kept and full operational. Nothing crazy happening at night. Peaceful stay. Would recommend for small families. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were huge. I would totally stay there again.

Centrally located condo.

4 friends came for a little winter getaway. Condo was fabulous, had everything we needed for our stay, description was accurate and condo was clean. Publix was just down the street for provisions. The pool was clean and pleasant with ample lounge chairs and the new pool construction looks to be even better. Nice walking trails around the pond. It was 10 minutes by car to Universal Studios. Disney is 8 miles away in the other direction and the condo is only 8 miles from the airport. We will come back again.

Overall very nice place and area. We enjoyed it very much. Only issue we had is the larger pool area was far from our room and also the staff were very rude to us. They approached us on our first day to advise us that we couldn’t bring in our own drinks even though they were in proper containers. The lady was extremely rude and forced us to leave. We spent the rest of our days at the smaller pool near our condo

Low quality towels, toweling, toilet paper. Ran out of hot water. Disruptive Loud party- midnight. Would have liked newer pans/accessories. A/C was not always consistent. Tub faucet fell off. Liked the location. 3 bedrooms worked well for us. Lots of restaurants close by and Universal was very convenient. Publix grocery store was convenient - within walking distance.

Fantastic Condo, Perfect for Us

The condo was great. It was big and bright and fit our family of 5 perfectly. We were down for a big swim meet for our daughter and she was able to have her own bedroom and having the laundry was a life saver. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. The grocery store was right there, which made buying and preparing our own food easy. The location is wonderful and easy to get to all places. Security of the property made us feel safe and the new pool opened while we were there and it was amazing. Never crowded and so clean and had plenty of chairs for everyone. We would definitely come back. The only thing that was not so great was the constant parade of golf carts of salespeople and customers, which I assume were trying to sell condos or timeshares.

Cute Apartment - Good Location 4.5 review

Property was well located for our needs. We needed to be near Dr. Phillips and Sand Lake. Everything was well take care of and overall very comfortable. We did not use the kitchen so I can not tell you if it was well equiped or not, but it looked like it was. Three of the beds were full size....that was a little bit of a shock as most places offer queen, but I don't recall the description so that is on us. My only minor complaint was that the floor was dirty. You could see hair and dirt. I did sweep it but that was it. We really only slept on the property the two nights we were there so it wasn't a really big deal, but considering you pay a cleaning fee it should have been swepted and cleaned prior to us arriving.

Great for conferences at Orange County Convention Center

We stay at Vista Cay every year for a tradeshow. This is much better than renting hotel rooms for everyone. Nice to relax and have a kitchen to cook breakfast in before a long day. Will continue to stay year after year. The host for this property was easy and quick to book.
