Third time staying here. Perfect location for us near family and close to downtown. Love the layout and number of beds and bathrooms. Spotless condo with lovely kitchen and cozy living room. Upstairs washer/dryer a big plus when staying more than a couple nights.

Beautiful Spot

We moved our kids into Boise State and decided to make a fun weekend out of it. The location is great and the place was very clean and nice. There are a lot of stairs, so make note of this. The coffee shop is steps away and really good. We walked down to the river and wished we would have planned to hang out there for the day. Next time!

Excellent Location and Host

Stay was wonderful. Great location in reference to downtown Boise, and the unit was exactly as described. The host was also extremely accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Clean, good location

Great location. Close to downtown (but not walkable) and good access to green belt. New, very clean and well stocked. Nice touch to offer bikes, wine and toiletries. A lot of stairs — would not be a good option for anyone with mobility issues. Would be 5 stars if beds were more comfortable— did not sleep well on flimsy mattresses.

Great place to stay!

Sparkling clean condo in a great location! Nice layout and provided enough room for everyone to have their own space, which is important when traveling with teenage boys. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (dishes, cookware, spices). We appreciated the wide selection of board and card games, and enjoyed playing poker and Monopoly after dinner each night. Close proximity to downtown and a beautiful 35 minute drive up to Bogus Basin. Loved having the coffee shop a couple steps outside the front door. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the bike trails and close proximity to the river!

Nice Condo

Very clean and well-appointed place. Lots of nice touches-wine, coffee, tea, games, bikes and Boise guide book on things to do in the area. The washer/dryer was nice to have. I like to do a load before I go home so there's not as much to do after vacation. Nearby coffee shop was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was very convenient for a quick meal. It was a five minute walk to the Boise River greenbelt; across the bridge on the other side of river is a nice restaurant (Luciano's) with great food and a beautiful view. This unit has many stairs as noted; it's four levels including the rooftop deck, so if mobility is an issue, this place wouldn't be a good option. The living room furniture was very comfortable, however, the mattresses were thin and not comfortable at all. Overall, it was nice accommodations in close proximity to much of what Boise has to offer.

Immaculate and a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhome. It was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom/bath setup was perfect for our group and having the Alchemist coffee shop so close was a definite plus!

Great Home, Location, and Host

Family went up for my daughter's graduation from BSU. The place we beautiful, brand new everything. The location is very close to downtown, maybe a 5 min. drive. The booking and communication leading up to our reservation was fantastic, as well as during our stay and after. Everything worked as it should........Bravo!!! I would stay here again, no doubt.

Great Place to stay!

Very clean and spacious enough for the four of us. Convenient location, just a short drive to grocery store and downtown area. Well stocked kitchen and lots of board and card games to choose from. Will come back in the summer to take advantage of the bikes!

Superb Boise townhome!

Our stay here over Thanksgiving week was terrific! The townhome is newly built, super clean, and well stocked with all your kitchen necessities as well as complimentary toiletries. We arrived after a long day of travel to a warm, clean home and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Our host, Dave, was more than helpful, sending us welcome texts upon booking, to timely responses for our questions. The townhome is well suited for a family or couples traveling together, offering privacy with bedrooms/bathrooms. The rooftop deck provides wonderful views of Boise and the foothills, and would be perfect during the warmer months. Street parking was plentiful and the nearby Alchemist coffee shop was just steps away for morning coffees and egg sandwiches. The townhome is also close to the park and river, and near to down town or Hyde park. All in all, a great stay!!

Great stay perfect location

Perfect location for getting around Boise. A couple blocks to the greenway, walk or ride downtown. Seems to be a very new unit. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The bikes were great Owner is over the top responsive in a good way to make sure your stay is perfect. I hope to stay here again if I return to Boise.

This property has quick access to both downtown and the interstate. we went to both and the location could have not been mere convenient. The property is set up well and the property contact is great.

Nice bikes for several bike paths by river

Wonderful Property

We recently visited our daughter in Boise and enjoyed staying in this property very much. It was very clean, well supplied, and located in an awesome part of town. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The highlight for us was the use of three bikes that enabled us to explore the N. End and Downtown Boise. We also hopped on the green belt at Whitewater Park - located just down the street. We will definitely stay here again if it is available!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay

This listing was exactly as described. The location of the property was very close to everything. There was a beautiful park within walking distance. Laundry detergent was mistakenly not provided, BUT the owner immediately apologized and offered to treat our group to coffee and breakfast at the coffee shop conveniently located downstairs. ANOTHER major plus. The coffee shop downstairs was AMAZING. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great time. The condo is centrally located in Boise and very close to downtown, within minutes. It was easy to find and get anywhere. It was clean and had all the amenities. It is walking distance to bike and walking trails. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
