Welcome to Casa Soleada! This new, modern, two-story luxury villa has quickly become one of Malmok's most popular rentals. Located in the beautiful, quiet, and secure 5-star gated community of Gold Coast, our home allows you to enjoy resort-like facilities while having the privacy of your own home.

On the main level of the house is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table (seats 4), a living room with a sofa, chair (converts to single bed if needed), and smart TV with cable. There are also laundry facilities (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, detergent) and a full washroom.

On the upper level, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, a full ensuite, and another sofa chair that can be converted into a single bed if needed. The second bedroom has a King bed that can convert to 2 Twin XL beds, a full ensuite, and a smart TV with cable and Netflix/Prime apps loaded. All linens and towels are provided.

Outdoors, our fully-fenced in backyard has a private pool and outdoor kitchenette, including a BBQ, grill, and dining table (seats 6). There are many lounging areas, including poolside loungers, a daybed, and a conversation set. Our home comes equipped with all the gear you'll need to enjoy a day at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.

Throughout our home, you'll find air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water showers, wifi, and a starter kit of basic supplies, such as shampoo, soaps, and spices. There is a free parking spot on our driveway, and additional free parking throughout the community.

Guests also have free access to all Gold Coast community facilities throughout their stay, including 3 community pools, a fitness center, tennis & pickle ball courts, a restaurant, bar, and lounge.

Details of Potential Construction:

There is a condo building being constructed across the street from us and 3 homes being constructed beside us. Noise levels are expected to fluctuate – some weeks it could be very light, others it could be more disruptive. We cannot reliably predict to what extent any particular stay will be impacted. Access to our home, utilities, and private parking are not expected to be impacted. If you are planning on spending the majority of your days at the beach/exploring the island, then this probably won't impact you much, but if you are hoping to spend most days at the home, it is not likely to be the most relaxing environment during construction hours (Mon-Sat, 8am-4pm is what has been communicated with us, but cannot be guaranteed). The 30% discount was taken off our standard seasonal rates and has already been applied to rates displayed on VRBO.

Amazing

This was an all around great experience. The property did not disappoint. There was access to all of the amenities in the complex and they were steps away from the front door. We were welcomed when we arrived and there were no problems at all. I would highly recommend a stay at this home.

Vacation perfection

VeryClean, great location, property mgr. Was fantastic!! Friendly, helpful and responsive to all of our questions. The Villa was all that it was advertised to be plus more. Right across the street from the community pool and restaurant. Great food! Bartender MIKE was awesome. Will return. There was some construction going on in the complex, no. Problem- never disrupted our vacation.

A DREAM COME TRUE

This property is one of the finest places we have ever stayed in Aruba. We have been visiting for over 25 years, mostly using our timeshare, but now with retirement can stay longer period of time. We stayed in this glorious home for two months. It was amazing. From the attention to detail in the unit to the quality of everything down to the silverware was impeccable. The outdoor kitchen was magical. We spent most of our time outdoors and for very good reason. It was perfect! We had company come a couple of times over the two month stay and they were blown away by the place. My daughter, who is a master in the kitchen, cooked us some of our best meals out in that kitchen. Just perfect! The beds so comfortable. I love by bed at home and always miss it when I am away, but this bed in the main bedroom was luxurious to say the least. My guests also commented on the bed in the guest room. So like I said, perfect, simply perfect in every way. We want to come back again real soon! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful property with us!

I want to keep it a secret!

This was our 4th trip to Aruba but our first not staying in a resort. I don’t want to tell the world how amazing this place is because I want to keep it all for myself! Communication was amazing! All of our questions were answered quickly! When received the guide to our temporary home in our email, we quickly knew our very Type A personalities were in Heaven! This place was so organized and clean, I felt like I lived here! The outside space is something you can’t find at a resort. So quiet and peaceful. We ate almost every night at Salina’s (right across the street) and enjoyed it very much. Mike, who seemed to be the manager, shared so much Aruban history with us! The food was good and the sunsets from the pool area were beautiful! Great location for wonderful beach walks and access to so much. The high rise area isn’t our scene because we want quiet, but this was easily walkable for us to get to the high rise area. We came for a dive trip and the outdoor shower and the outdoor area were PERFECT for our gear. Happy Diver’s is the best by the way!

Absolutely Perfect!

My wife and I stayed here for a short 4 day getaway and couldn’t be happier. The place was incredibly well-appointed. They thought of every detail, both big and small. chairs, an umbrella that can actually handle the trade winds, floaties, insulated water bottles and a collapsible beach cart made the beach days a breeze The pool was perfect for morning dips and evening relaxation. In addition the club house/ community pool was a one minute walk away. We also LOVED the patio and grill. Check in was super easy and Cady the property manager was available anytime to help. We will definitely be coming back!

Best Villa

Beautiful property, fully equipped enough to feel at home. Enough amenities to make you not want to leave the Villa. Cady was attentive, although we did not need anything, it was nice to know she was readily available.

Exceeded expectations

The property was immaculate and matched the description and pictures exactly; no surprises. Cady greeted us upon arrival and was wonderful; very pleasant and helpful. The pool was well kept and a great way to end the day on the beach. The house is equipped with everything and anything you could ever need; my wife fell in love with the coffee maker. We made so many wonderful memories of our first trip to Aruba; it definitely won't be our last visit. We snorkeled right off the beach nearly every day; twice with sea turtles. Dinner at Faro Blanco (next to the lighthouse) was great with an amazing view. Another great place for dinner was tierra del sol (I think that was the name). This is a great place to stay in a gated community. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of down town. Be sure to stop by the clubhouse and make sure you get to talk with Michael; he's very friendly and knows everything about the island.

Another great trip to aruba

This villa was wonderful! It is exactly as beautiful as the pictures. A very well stocked kitchen with spices for cooking, and two kinds of coffee for coffee maker and espresso machine. They have thought of everything for their guests. Toiletries in the shower to alcohol in the liquor cabinet! They also have a safe. So relaxing can’t wait to book again for next year!

Gold Community

Our stay in Aruba at Alex & Maria’s home was perfect. It’s a gated community with a nearby clubhouse & pool. It’s very safe and the villa has its own beautiful pool with great outdoor bbq kitchen and loungers. The house was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. Lots of extras there….fresh coffee beans ….shampoo & conditioner etc …..just thoughtful touches. Everywhere is just a short drive away and the beach 5 minutes by car. Vicky was on hand if we needed anything. We would highly recommend Alex’s home as a great base for your trip to Aruba.

The Browns Birthday vacation

New place, great amenities

This was a nice property to stay in Aruba. To recap our highlights - gated community, felt safe - across the street, short walking distance to the onsite restaurant, bar, one of the community pools, gym - house was stocked with kitchen spices, zip lock bags, foil- all which we appreciated and used for cooking - quite area, relaxed at the pool most days - outdoor setup was great with pool, chairs, shade, grilling area - looks exactly like pics

Everything was positive - secured gated community, new place, clean with all amenities. Couldn't ask for more. Vicky (onsite property manager) was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Stunning Property - Book Immediately.

This property is the prime example of what a home on VRBO should be. The home is stocked with literally everything you can think of. From laundry detergent, to a grill with all the items needed, seasonings and shockingly liquor (for those that drink) - it was a delight to stay at this place. The home was extremely clean, well stocked, excellent location, and the private pool was so refreshing, clean and well maintained. I can't express how amazing this home is. The two bedrooms were cool in temperature when we arrived - they were well spaced, private bathroom in each and a safe for extra protection. The check-in was very quick and easy. The hosts were very friendly and available. The check-out was the same. I would book it again with my eyes closed. When I return to Aruba, I'm not staying anywhere else. Book this place (with your eyes closed)

Peaceful Escape with the best mix of Privacy and Action!

Palm Beach has all the action, big resorts w/ casinos, restaurants, shops, bars & a lovely "boardwalk" on the beach. GC is <15 min drive from Palm. Eagle Beach is further down, pretty too, we jetskiied there, also rec a UTV tour!

Could not ask for a better place!!

This property was perfect - very, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need to feel right at home. The attention to detail the owners put into the property shows - what an amazing place! It was wonderful to spend time in the beautiful outdoor space. The property was minutes from the beach and some of the best snorkeling on the island. We will definatley be returning again to this property!

What an amazing spot to spend a family vacation! This place is exactly as described. Spotless, well maintained, and great communication from hosts. We loved having our own pool and backyard. The location was fantastic, a quick drive to everything we needed. We are so fortunate to have found this property and will most definitely be back!

Hi, I'm Maria! Welcome to my home, Casa Soleada, on the beautiful sunny island of Aruba. My family and I are from Toronto, Canada, but have traveled to Aruba for the better part of a decade. We love it so much that we decided to buy a home here in 2021. With two teenage sons, we wanted a vacation home in a country that offered endless activities, fantastic restaurants, an inviting culture and a safe environment for them to explore.

Together with a friend of the family, Alexandra, we've just started welcoming guests to our home. We are excited to host you and know you will enjoy the amenities of our home and the Gold Coast community, as well as everything Aruba has to offer!
