You are so right about the great location of our oceanfront home! It is wonderful to wake up to the ocean on one side of the house and then be able to go explore the uniqueness of the Town of Emerald Isle on the other side-most within walking distance or short drive-restaurants, Movie Theater, grocery stores, shopping, and the Dairy Queen! The NC Aquarium is about 20 minutes down the road and the unique town of Swansboro is just a few miles down the road after crossing the bridge. We’re glad your family was able to come together and make new memories during your summer vacation in our home! We look forward to your return visit!

You’re right- the location is fantastic with the ocean right in front of you and the grocery stores, restaurants, Movie Theater, and Dairy Queen within just a short walking distance! I’m so glad you had a chance to check out the NC Aquarium & Ft Macon just down the road as well. While we don’t provide concierge service, we go above and beyond to make our guests welcome! It was so nice meeting your family. I’m glad you could all get together in our home to make new memories. You’re right about the wonderful view -you can see the sunrise each morning over the pier. The location is great and that the grocery stores,Movie Theater, restaurants, and shopping are only a few blocks away. As promised, the booster pump has arrived and is installed to help with the low water pressure and it works great! Supplies and equipment are just taking longer these days get shipped and available for installation. Glad your family enjoyed our home with the beds made as a courtesy to you, the gift card to a local restaurant, and the homemade brownies -our family’s gift to yours-Always a treat to be at the beach- it’s such a sweet time with brownies! We enjoyed having your family as our guests. Our Oceanfront Home does have a great views to wake up to and to end the day! We’ve also tried to make our home comfortable and cozy so that everyone can just relax. So glad you got a golf cart -we’re in a great location to be able to scoot around and go to the different restaurants & shopping. Thanks for sharing so many of the wonderful things about our home-It has a great location on the island close to so many fun places to go, yet has its own special spot on the oceanfront beach right out the back door! When I came out and met your family during your stay at our home I saw how much fun that some of the kids were having with their scooters outside on the neighborhood streets and others just sitting watching TV and eating popcorn! The newly installed eco-smart thermostats may take time for some to understand the intricacies. The installer came by and just adjusted the batteries so it would show the Wi-Fi connection reading -so glad y’all enjoyed the coolness in the house the whole week you were there! Every effort was made to have a good water pressure for the dishwasher, but the proper booster pump now takes weeks to be delivered-so we took care of the dishes left after your departure. We always do our best take care of families as they gather to make new memories & recall past experiences and ask them to take care of our home too. So glad we were able to help your sister get the Amazon birthday packages received the next week after your departure-we try to go above & beyond for our guests!
