Appliances & Maintenance: Please note that the oven is out of order until further notice, and the dryer is temporarily unavailable.

House Rules:

- No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed.
- Quiet hours begin at 9 pm to respect the neighbors.
- Guests must be 21 or older to book.
- Please refrain from moving furniture or using the sofas with wet clothing.
- Damage to property or loss of items will be charged at checkout.

Everything was great and the different spaces were comfortable for everyone. The roof garden was very cute even though the weather didn’t let us spend too much time there.

The house was really nice- looks like the pics. Location was pretty good, maybe a mile from the beach. Things that could be improved would be hot water running more consistently- went from scalding to cold, or not hot, even after following the hosts directions, we had a night of insane noise (11-3am)from a party down the street playing concert level volumes with super drunk singers, which the host told me to call the authorities instead of offering to do it for us (may have just been bad luck) not many kitchen utensils, couldn’t get extra blankets, some of the pillows are filled with batting/cotton pieces (super not comfy), issues with the gate closing and people walked into the front door with the code because they had rented it while we were still there. Thankfully, we were there- but looks like the code isn’t changed, buyer beware.

Had a lovely time

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to La Paz and to this location, which is at least a 25-minute walk to the Malecon, but well worth it. We always felt safe, and it was quiet. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed to have a great time.

Well located within wallking distance to malecon. Comfortable apartment with 3 ample rooms. Room for parking and safe gated premise. Communication with host was very good.

Exactly as advertised. Check in & check out were simple, the property was clean, centrally located, zero complaints & the owners were very thorough with communicating & expectations. Would gladly rent this property again.

Friends Vacay!

We enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. Myself and 4 other friends rented it for a week. There was lots of really good food in easy walking distance. The plunge pool was lovely on a hot afternoon after adventuring out and about. The home is big and clean. The only downside was that there much hot water during our stay so showers were very quick!

Nice stay in new townhouse

The townhouse has great space in a safe, mostly quiet neighborhood. It is gated and has good space for parking the car. Lots of large grocery stores nearby. Can walk to the Malecon but takes about 20 - 30 minutes and have to pay attention to uneven sidewalks and traffic. Used uber at night and it was efficient and low cost. Enjoyed a BBQ and sunsets on the rooftop.
