This classy condo backs up to 95 private acres with hiking trails in the serene foothills of Tesuque just across the street from the Four Seasons Resort. You will also have access to a communal pool during the summer.



LIVING AREA

The living room features large glass doors that allow you to take in the beautiful Sangre de Cristo mountains. The large fireplace and smart TV make it a perfect gathering space with ample ambiance.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The top of the split-level space features the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, which look over the living area for a communal feel when preparing and eating your home-cooked meals.



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms have a unique and stunning aesthetic. The guest bedroom features a gorgeous wooden bed frame and an abundance of southwestern artwork. High windows provide natural light while maintaining privacy. The primary suite features a romantic decorative kiva fireplace and a private patio.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The patio off of the living room features lounge furniture on which you can enjoy the expansive views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. In addition, the home backs up to 95 private acres of hiking trails in the serene foothills of Tesuque. The home also has access to a communal pool during the summer.

- The TVs in the home are Amazon Fire Smart TVs but do not have live TV

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
