Set on twenty acres Chateau Morrow is a beautiful large French Provincial inspired home built by the owner. Architecturally designed the house has an elegant spacious interior suited to a relaxed luxurious seaside holiday. There is a large heated spa that sits alongside a beautiful pool in the backyard and large spacious verandah with entertaining area overlooking the yard.

Offering a resort style atmosphere the house is well suited to family groups, special occasions with friends or small events/celebrations. A special feature of the property is access to Wairo beach through a section of native Australian bushland at the back of the property.

This twenty-acre rural property is located 7 kilometres from popular Mollymook a short 10-minute drive and a 5-minute drive to Ulladulla. The property has its own private track onto beautiful Wairo Beach.

There is an amazing pool with a heated spa in the backyard, there is a beautiful large verandah at the back of the house with a BBQ that overlooks the pool.

Starlink has been installed throughout the house and property, a very effective internet solution for rural properties, it is a satellite internet system owned by SpaceX (Elon Musk) and delivers high-speed internet ensuring all your online streaming and computer needs are well catered for.

The house is on two levels with the upper level containing five bedrooms and a casual lounge area with Samsung smartTV with Netflix, Stan and Apple TV etc..
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a luxurious ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, there is also a 55-inch Samsung smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV etc.

The guest bedroom next to this has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. At the other end of the upper level are three bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. This bathroom is comfortable and functional but is still the original design that was built to service three young children.

On the ground level, there is a large formal lounge with an open fireplace, a large entertainers kitchen and dining area, a formal dining area, and a casual lounge area next to the kitchen also with a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV etc., followed by a lovely garden room.
At the back of the lower level is a billiard room and then beyond this is the cinema room.

Beautiful formal gardens surround the house, there is a vegetable patch that guests can access, and there is a chook pen alongside this that is very productive, you'll have more than enough eggs.

Beyond this is a dam and delightful bush golf course, followed by a track that leads through some native bushland onto Wairo Beach.

There is a Tiny home at the back of the property, which has private access around the outside of the main house; at times, this will be used by the owner or immediate family. It can also be used by guests if required at an extra cost.

The property has a dedicated work shed seperate from the main house and formal gardens that will be used by staff at times when doing general maintenance around the property e.g. rubbish removal, gardening, feeding animals and checking the pool.
