We had a very nice time during our short stay. Room and property were as promised. I guess if we had one complaint was that there wasn't basic condiments in the room (such as salt & pepper or dish soap). Some simple basics would have been nice since we have had that before in other VRBO's

The condo was missing some important essentials like beech towels, coffee for the first morning, some shampoo, etc. We also found a roach on day one and then without advance notice they came to treat the entire building for roaches. We notified the property manager before we checked in that we needed to leave early to atted our mom's funeral...sorry we can't help you was the quick response.

Sunset Vistas Family Vacay

This is our second trip to the St. Pete area and to the Sunset Vistas complex. We love the cozy condos and the Tiki Bar & restaurant within the complex. We chose this particular condo this time around for the better ocean/pool view from the North end of the complex. The only real complaints we had are the little roaches/bugs we found on a daily basis while staying there and the dishwasher leaked from the bottom while running so we had to put a towel down to ensure water didn’t go everywhere on the floor. We did notify the property management company about the big issue and they said they notified the property owners but we never heard anything from them. Other than those couple things the stay there was great and when we return to the Tampa/St. Pete Beach area again we will surely look into staying in this same complex for the amenities mentioned above.

Great location

I have stayed here several times and it has always been very enjoyable. Nothing fancy, but decent. Still undergoing some construction around the pool and bar area but both still open. No complaints, but nothing to rave about either.

Very average condo with excellent view of ocean

Unacceptable tv’s connected to complicated cable service. It took 3 visits to get the tvs setup. And then, not user friendly for normal needs of selecting channels. The worst. I would never book the condo again, nor another condo in the building.

Disappointed

As an avid VRBO renter this property was below average. This unit is small. It was clean ( thanks to a good cleaning crew) and the view was nice. The rest of the rental is lacking. It will not hold 6 people comfortably. There is barely enough furniture for 4 people to sit and watch a movie. The refrigerator had a glass shelf that was broken and left as in working order (never came to repair during our stay and it had already been noted by previous renters as not useable and broken) The HVAC/Hot water unit was missing the vented door and it sits right next to the table where you eat (probably bc the AC has issues - we needed a freon add day 2) and the stackable washer/dryer does not have a door either. The cooking utensils and pot/pans are lacking and not even 1 potholder? No Keurig. The bathrooms are very small with very small sinks. And the wifi was not reliable especially in mornings/evenings when trying to log on for some remote work. They should have at least 4 chairs on the balcony ( not 2). And the unit only has 1 assigned parking space and there are no real visitors spots so if you have 2 cars (as this is a 2 bedroom unit) plan to pay for parking one of them in a lot next to the complex. The beach and pool at the Sunset Vistas complex were nice but I would not rent this unit again.

Beachside condo with views for family vacay

This was our first time vacationing in the Treasure Island area and at this condo. It was a lovely beachside stay for our family vacay! Fresh modern beach decor, spacious areas, clean condo, and nice view of the beach and ocean. Starter supplies were sufficient for our 4-night stay. The storage closet of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, foam cooler, volleyball, etc. came very handy and was much appreciated. Location is an easy walking distance directly to the beach. Large swimming pool. Enjoyed the balcony day and night overlooking the pool and ocean. Walked to the Shake Shop next door one night for refreshing soft serve ice cream. The entire area of the property was not crowded from the beach to the city. It was a laidback area which we really enjoyed. Publix is conveniently a mile away and Walmart was 15min away. The only downside was the water pressure of the master bathroom sink. It was nearly non-existent and we had to instead use the other bathroom sink. Overall, we’re glad to have chosen this beachside condo rental at Sunset Vistas. Thank you!

Our favorite place to vacation!

Can’t say enough about this property. It’s the perfect location and central to everything you need. The staff could always be seen walking around maintaining the property. Well kept and all around beautiful property. Highly recommended!!

Family Getaway

This Condo/Property was great for our family of 4, plus 2 grandparents. Our children are ages 7 & 4. They thoroughly enjoyed the pool, beach, hot tub and all of the other children that they were able to make friends with at the pool. We were surprised to find beach chairs, sand toys and a cooler in our condo for us to use that other guests had left behind. We had a great time at the beach which was clean and not too busy, compared to the beach down the way from us. The Condo was nicely stocked with everything we needed to make meals. There is also many restaurant options in walking distance, which was a nice option. The only negative thing was the light from the outdoor hallway shined very brightly into the 2nd bedroom and the blinds did not completely block the light out. I would suggest a room darkening curtain for this room. We did have an issue with the dryer not running properly but as soon as I called maintenance had it fixed within the day. Overall our experience was wonderful and we hope to bring the family back next year!

Overall I would give a thumbs up. The beds were great. Just small things like had to call maintenance because, light over stove and in stove burnt out. Overhead fan clicking. Tv in guest room was broken. No pot holders and limited glassware and dishes. Could just use a little better management.

Nice location

We always enjoy staying at Sunset Vistas and this unit was perfect for what we needed. Clean, quiet with a nice view of the Gulf. We would definately stay here again.

Nice unit… but….

Unit is nice and clean great location. The check in process is not communicated well at all. Had to call to figure out how to get in. After the first night of sleeping on worn out scratchy sheets we called asking for sheets that were not worn out. They provided more pilled up worn out sheets. We did what we could to be comfortable. Then the streaming went out on the TV. Contacted management and was told to call the front desk at the property that they “handle that”. Called the front desk and they said the rental company handles this issue. Called the rental company again and they said they don’t handle this. So we gave up. None of the TVs in this property worked property. So if you want to watch a game or a movie you may be out of luck.

Great site

Stayed for a week. Only problem was getting entrance to condo , once that was solved , everything was great. All my good , would recommend condo. Neat , well decorated and great view from balcony. Left note for Nina about towel bar in master bathroom being loose when we arrived. Would rent again and recommend condo strongly.

Very nice upgraded unit

Pool and beach were great, nice addition of tiki bar and cafe. Kitchen could have had a few more plastic glasses/cups but was well stocked for the most part. Definitely would stay again.

Love Treasure Island

This was our second time in Treasure Island and second time at this same exact property/condo. 411N is one of the best for sure. Clean, great view, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. The propery as a whole is great. Nice pool, tiki bar, it's own cafe and of course the direct access to the beach. I will continue to rent this unit as long as it's available.

Lovely Condo on Treasure Island

This condo was perfect 👍. Beautifully decorated. View was fantastic. The cafe on the property was wonderful. Had breakfast there every morning ☀️. Pool was amazing. Will be back 411N. Only one negative was not getting our key code by management. Had to call and leave message and the wait for call back.

Family vacay 2023

The property overall was beautiful, the condo itself has seen better days. The beds were awful, master bed was like sleeping on a pull out couch bed. It was just a mattress on a spring bed frame. Very uncomfortable! The guest bed was hard as a rock. The guest bathroom shower was in need of tile replacement and/or grout redone. You literally had to log into the Wi-Fi (public) every time you wanted to watch tv. It would randomly kick you off. The couch and chair in living room were very worn and uncomfortable as well. My son said there was a bra and underwear left in his room upon arrival. The location was great, parking was fairly easy. The elevator is a hotbox. The beach was perfect. Getting into the condo initially was a challenge, the door lock is a code lock as well as a turn lock. We have stayed at this complex before and not had as many complaints. We did enjoy our stay. The local restaurants don’t disappoint! We always. Is it the Conch Republic, Sweet Sage, Crabby’s on the pass. This time we ate at KeKe’s for breakfast. It was amazing… we plan to return again next year, but will not be rebooking this room.
